The Space:

There is a flight of stairs from the front door up into the apartment.

***Please Note*** due to being a apartment complex there is a no party policy and noise needs to be kept to minimum after 10pm, non compliance can result in removal of guests without refund and will result in a $500 fee. Please consider other places if this is your intention. We also have a no smoking/ vaping policy within the apartments both indoors and out. Non compliance will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Coombs is located within a ten minutes drive to the City or two minute drive to Stromlo mountain biking trails and aquatic Centre.

The property has free street parking out the front of the apartment.

You have the option of two supermarkets within 5 mins. Denman Prospect or Weston Shopping precinct.

Denman prospect also has a bar, cafe, medical Centre and gym within the shopping Centre.
