Classic, rambling Beach house nestled in the dunes at Sagamore Beach. All bedrooms have excellent views of the ocean! First floor includes renovated Kitchen, full Bath and spacious Living Room featuring wood floors, beadboard walls & high ceilings. All 3 Bedrooms, Sitting Room and Bath with clawfoot tub are on 2nd floor.

Central AC in the entire home to keep you cool.

This house has 3 mahogany decks & an enclosed wrap around porch with sliders to the ocean side deck. Dine inside or out, and enjoy the warm ocean breezes or catch the setting sun. There are (2) Twin Day Beds in upstairs Sitting Room and a Queen pull out sofa in the LR for the extra guests. Easy Check-in directly at the cottage, with no bridges to cross!

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
