OCEANFRONT maison de plage avec une grande terrasse et des mesures directes à la plage offre de magnifiques vues panoramiques sur l'océan du lever au coucher du soleil!

Cette belle maison de plage avec CENTRAL AIR dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, et est situé sur la très recherchée Spring Hill Beach privé. Dernier étage comprend une chambre principale avec un lit queen et une deuxième chambre avec 3 lits jumeaux (comprend un lit jumeau gigogne), plus une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée, salle de bains avec baignoire / douche, salon avec smart TV HD / DVD et un coin repas. Le niveau inférieur a une grande chambre avec un lit queen, une salle de bain spacieuse avec une nouvelle douche de 3 'x 6', une salle de divertissement avec un HD TV / DVD, bibliothèque de livres et un coin salon supplémentaire avec un futon.

Great stay

Property was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and location was perfect right on the beach. Plenty to do for kids. Deck was perfect to sit out and enjoy the lovely views. Owners were very attentive and responsive to communication.

On the beach

It was the perfect beach house for the family of 5. We had a nice view of the ocean. The house was an adorable beach house with everything you need. Close to nice restaurants too.

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The communication was easy, the location is unbelievable- beautiful beach directly below the deck and many fun spots to explore nearby. The house was spotless and well stocked. We hope we will be able to return next year!

Wonderful week at the Cape!

Great week. We loved the set up of the house. It works great for different families vacationing together. Also, having the linens and towels available there at the house saved us from having to bring all of them. We just loved everything about this beautiful beach house!!!

Special Family Time

The weather did not cooperate but the house and location were spot on. My family had time to regroup, mellow out (do jigsaw puzzles), cook and enjoy the kind people in Sandwich. My great granddaughter was with us for 2 days and that was exceedingly special. The downstairs suite was perfect for her and her parents. The property owners were responsive and kind. 92 Salt Marsh Road is a place I would love to come again!

Beautiful Stay

Beautiful Home. Very clean and fantastic views. The home had all thr supplies we needed (trash bags, aluminum foil, etc) Rachael was on top of things and made for a great experience. Only neg was that it must have been bug season in the deck..but there was bug spray there. I would definitely rent again. John

Cozy Beach Getaway

Our recent stay at this property was great! The house was clean and very cozy-it truly felt like a HOME! There were plenty of sleeping options with tons of linens, towels provided, and lots of dishes, cooking supplies, etc. The host has beach chairs and umbrellas for your use, which is great since you are literally steps from your own private beach. The beach itself was VERY rocky. Be sure to pack water shoes! It was also super buggy but nothing some bug spray couldn’t help. The host was extremely helpful and communicated promptly. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful views!

Overall the house is as seen in the photos and the view is second to none and truly spectacular! The family enjoyed our stay and the beach chairs and towels were a plus. The house was well stocked accept for a lack of paper products. I would also suggest that the landlord clean up the vegetation around the driveway. It makes it difficult to exit and enter the cars and would improve first impressions.All in all it was a lovely vacation.

A little slice of Heaven on earth!

This was our first time booking through VRBO, but it won't be the last. The pictures don't do this waterfront home justice. Beautiful waterfront views from front and back. The owner Rachel was very quick and easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with. Everything thing was super clean and beautifully decorated. We didn't have the best weather, but it didn't matter because even just enjoying a cup of coffee on the couch while viewing the ocean was a pleasure. My daughter actually got engaged right there on the beach!! There were 6 adults and it was more than spacious. Definitely would come back in the future.

Oceanfront fun

Our family with kids ages 5 and 3 and my parents stayed here at the end of June 2020. The house location was perfect on a large stretch of beach. The house is well equipped and items are in good shape, in fact towels were brand new and we didn't need to bring half the things we did. The house layout was perfect for us as my parents had the first level all to themselves with a bedroom, bath and living area and we stayed upstairs on main floor with living room, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms. The house is very clean and has new fixtures/furniture. We were we pleasantly surprised as the pictures didn't do it justice. We wished we could have spent more time in the afternoon on the deck but with limited shade from just one umbrella we often ate lunch inside. The beach was so quiet and there was only 5 or 6 other families around at any time. It does have some rocky areas as you enter the water but sandy areas too. Definitely bring your water shoes. My kids loved walking the beach to explore and we found crabs, snails, clams, sea shells and beautiful stones. It's worth mentioning the road to get to the house is hard packed sand and stone and makes for a bumpy ride. It's also very narrow so you have to take turns with cars coming the opposite direction. We didn't have to leave the house too much since the beach was footsteps away but we did venture out a few times. A short car ride and we rode bikes and fished down by the Canal. Had outdoor Lunch/dinners at local restaurants, like Fisherman's View, Belfry Bistro and Seafood Sam's. We noticed mini golf was open as well as lots of kayaks in the marsh lands behind the house. Rachael was easily accessible but we really didn't need much but to sit back and relax. We would definitely rent this house again.

Sandwich - Perfect Vacation Spot!

This home was the perfect "home base" for our first trip to Cape Cod. While we took many day trips to explore Cape Cod, this home was the perfect place to return to and unwind. The views of the beach and the marsh were stunning. While there are other houses on the road, you really feel like you have your own private beach. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. It is also beautifully decorated. The host was the most responsive and communicative VRBO host I have ever dealt with - she very clearly cared that we had a wonderful stay. I can't say enough great things about the home and the host! We will definitely be back. What a beautiful place to vacation.

Little Slice of Paradise

We had a wonderful stay! The house was lovely- updated and bright, a gorgeous ocean view, and a large deck with stairs right to the beach! The owners were extremely helpful and responsive to our needs and/or questions. We enjoyed the house, it’s view, the beach, and refreshing ocean (chilly but refreshing during the hot week!) so much that we didn’t venture far or out much the entire week. It was all there, and just a perfect place to spend time with my adult kids and a few of their close friends. A big thank you to Rachael and David.

Great Family Spot

This property is beautiful! It was very clean and everything clearly labeled at the property. We traveled with my parents and 3 small children (6, 4, 2). The beach was private and right there as you walk off the deck. It was perfect to have our 2 year old nap while the older two kids could keep playing on the beach in the afternoon. We highly recommend renting this house especially if you have small children that nap!

Wow. Like Two for One.

First, this was perhaps the cleanest rental we ever stayed-in. The ocean views in the back of the house were magnificent as promised, but we weren't aware of the amazing marsh (and its views) in the front of the property. It was like we could choose which vacation spot to enjoy on a whim. Getting to the house was bumpy on an unpaved road, but it added to the fun of the excursion. Loved our time on Spring Hill!

On the beach with amazing views!

The house is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and spotless! It was very roomy for three of us. Location couldn't have been better - just walk down the stairs and you're on the beach! Kitchen is very well stocked, down to the electric tea kettle, a nice unexpected bonus (I had brought mine from home). The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Neighborhood/beach was nice and quiet since we were there after the summer crowd had left. We enjoyed the clam chowder at the nearby Pilot House restaurant and a day trip to Martha's Vineyard. Hoping to return!

You can sit on the deck and watch your kids playing on the beach. It's a private beach, so here you can escape, relax and get mesmerized by the blue of soft waves hitting shore. The other side of the house (front) is a view of beautiful marsh.
The sunsets from the deck are not to be missed - all the pictures on this website by guests and owners represent stunning beauty of a colorful sunset.
