Open concept living, two-floor home with a spacious bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor and the rest on the bedrooms & baths on the second floor. There's plenty of room for everybody with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Some of the other great features are a wood burning fireplace, outdoor shower, two exterior decks, firepit, new central AC, and a two-car garage with beach caddy. And... what a wonderful walking neighborhood! Want to walk the beach? Sandwich Downs is perched right between Scorton Creek and Sandy Neck. It's a neighborhood that exudes quintessential Cape Cod. You'll never get bored with all the choices in the area. The home has been recently updated with completely new furniture, beds and amenities with hypoallergenic wrapped bed mattresses and pillows. Perfect setup for 2 families or grandparents with a bedroom on the first floor with queen bed and 5 additional beds on the second floor ranging from twins, queens to king beds with private walkouts from the Primary Bedroom. A fully appointed kitchen complete with a Ninja blender, cocktail shaker, martini & margarita glasses, drip & Keurig coffee maker, just to name a few. Build a fire on the beach or roast marshmallows using the backyard fire pit. Private outdoor shower for a quick rinse after a long day on the beach completes the day!

Great Beach Stay!

Very clean and well thought out vacation rental. Just a few steps from a nice calm beach that is perfect for little ones. This rental is perfect for multi-generation families with a downstairs bedroom for grandma and grandpa.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed the house, the location and the beach. It was also nice to watch the chipmunks in the back yard!! Roasting marshmallows with the kids and really enjoying family!! We will stay there again!!

Wonderful Cape experience

Family of 5 with 3 small children had a wonderful stay. Well appointed house with lots of room, A/C!, nice shady backyard, and excellent location near a private beach. Beach is pretty rocky but during low tide there are several big sandbars that lots of families seem to take advantage of. The neighborhood is a short drive to just about everything you would need. Really enjoyed our stay.

Walking to a private beach, private community, ocean views from different locations, room for two families or in-laws with a dedicated 1st floor Queen bedroom, private Primary bedroom deck and outdoor sitting area on the 2nd floor, new grill, firepit, outdoor games, private outdoor shower, new central AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer, convection oven for that special holiday dinner, dedicated sitting/office area if you decide to work on your vacation :( and lots more! Also great fishing on the beach, so bring your poles!
