Experience the charm of Town Neck Beach in our newly renovated Coastal Cape! Recently benefiting from a significant sand dredging operation in the Cape Cod Canal, the shoreline now boasts a stunning, smooth sandy expanse. The iconic Sandwich Boardwalk is a mere 0.3 miles away from our doorstep.
Nestled in the sought-after seaside community of Town Neck Beach, our completely refurbished home offers a haven to unwind and escape the ordinary.

The open living space on the first floor features hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, AC, and a 55” 4K Smart TV. With dining space for 8 guests and an additional 3 spots at the island, our fully equipped kitchen makes it a breeze to whip up a delicious meal or savor local cuisine. Start your day with ease using either the Keurig or the 12-cup coffee machine. Air fryer, blender and other useful appliances get you all set up for success. For added convenience, find a first-floor washer/dryer and a full bathroom. Laundry detergent and basic cleaning supplies are provided.

The first-floor bedroom boasts a queen bed and a 43” 4K Smart TV. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king bed, a 55” 4K Smart TV, a spacious closet, and a small office space for those needing to work while away. The third bedroom features 3 twin beds and a large closet. All mattresses are hypoallergenic and provide a peaceful night's sleep, aided by blackout curtains. For 2024, enjoy the added ease of included bed linens, mattress pads, coverlets, blankets, and pillows. An *extra rollaway twin bed is available upon request for use in either the master or twin bedroom.

Beyond the comforts of our home, borrow our beach wagon for a quick stroll to the shore, bring bikes for family-friendly rides, or relax on the deck with our patio set and Charbroil propane grill. Make use of our outdoor storage shed for games like cornhole, and let the kids play in the fenced-in backyard. Wind down in the evening by the outdoor fire pit, creating lasting vacation memories.

This was perfect place to stay, wish I could have enjoyed it more but was visiting the cape for my brothers funeral. Definitely will be back as my family and I loved staying here and made us feel like we were home.

Great location

We had a great week in Sandwich! The accommodation was perfect for our family and the location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach and Tree House brewing. Shopping and restaurants were a short distance. (less than 5 mins) Definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay in sandwich!

The overall experience was seamless from booking to checkout. The house itself was very nice and high quality and also was kid friendly. We were very pleased with our experience renting this house and will most likely rent it again!

Wonderful family stay

Excellent host communication and lovely home! Everything was new and clean, and the added amenities for a baby made our trip much easier. The beds were very comfortable, too. The house was walking distance to the beach and several food options, and the neighborhood was charming and friendly.

Wonderful Home

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The house was clean and updated and truly had everything you needed! We enjoyed the back deck every day and the neighborhood is beautiful for walking. The hosts were very responsive and had great communication leading up to the stay and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Delightful stay in Sandwich!

My husband and I, along with our two friends, had the opportunity to visit Sandwich over Memorial Day weekend. This gorgeous house was the perfect place to stay. We could walk to town for sandwiches or ice cream, walk to Treehouse Brewing for beer and walk to the beach. The house was pristine and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here in the future!

Great location and beautiful comfortable home

Beautiful comfortable home with all the amenities of your home away from home. Location was great for restaurants and beaches.(walking distance to so much) Neighborhood was quiet and so relaxing for walks in the morning and at night. We look forward to our next stay here. Clean, comfortable house!

Great house. Recently renovated. Very clean. Super comfortable beds and soft sheets. Loved being able to walk to the beach. In-house laundry and linens provided made life easy. Close to great restaurants. We will be back next year.

Perfect Two Weeks

A beautiful property exceptionally clean. Great communication with the owners who thought of everything and included a house guide we found very helpful with great recommendations. Great walks to the beach and to some fantastic places to eat. The place was well equipped with anything you would need a super place to stay and can’t say enough how kind and responsive the owners were to every inquiry.

Great property in beach neighborhood

The house was so comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were attentive and easy to contact before, during, and after our stay. We really did not need much, however, as every detail was thought of in advance by our hosts, from the welcome packet to the lavender pillow spray in each bedroom. It’s a great location, within walking distance to the beach and just a short drive to the Canal, restaurants, shops, etc. We hope to return in the future!!

Nothing but Charm

This charming cottage was absolutely perfect, located in the charming town of Sandwich. It was a great starting point to visit Salem, Boston, Plymouth, Woods’s Hole, Chatham and others. The cleanliness, neatness, organization and decor were top notch. Plus, so many little touches that made it feel like a home. Loved spending my 75th birthday there with my girlfriends.

Perfect beach house in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the Town Beach. Grocery shopping and good restaurants were all nearby in the lovely town of Sandwich. The owners were extremely accomodating and easy to communicate with. So glad we extended our stay by a few days to enjoy the great fall weather during the off season.

Must Stay Here!

Dan and Desiree are outstanding to deal with in every way. This home is immaculate and was absolute perfection for my family. The neighborhood is so quiet and everything you need is not more than a few miles away. We loved all the recommendations from Dan and Desiree. The bike path was fun, the food at the local restaurants tremendous, and MOST OF ALL comfy beds that welcomed us after a long day of fun. Will stay here again!

location, location, location

We were looking to visit Tree House Brewery, this house is within walking distance! Walking distance to the Boardwalk, beach, rode our bikes to the Canal bike trail. Grocery store within a mile, 2 seafood restaurants within a mile. The house was very well supplied, light switches all marked so easy finding the one you want. The welcome book is full of info regarding the house, local businesses, places to visit. The owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly when messaged.

Beautiful, clean home within walking distance to the beach

Loved staying in this cute home in Sandwich. It had everything you could possibly need. Was modern and clean. Great location to see things on the cape, about an hour to Boston and PTown. Lots of restaurants nearby. Took many morning walks to the beach and saw seals out in the water. They were just hanging out in the water off the beach. Had a great time.

Wonderful!

My family rented this house for a week, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and provisioned with everything you could possibly need. It felt as close to home as we've ever felt on a vacation. The house is located very close to Town Neck beach, and the hosts provided many thoughtful touches to ensure a great beach vacation (the wagon was especially helpful!). Thank you for a great stay--we hope to come back again next year!

Terrific experience

Excellent property-- clean, recently updated, extremely well supplied with amenities--the best place we're rented in this area. Big screen TV's in LR and BR's, Roku with Netflix and local options included, a fully stocked kitchen allows for any manner of meal prep, a nice patio out back with a gas grill, beds are super comfortable-- all you need. We really, really enjoyed our week here, so kudos to our hosts.
