Our family had a wonderful stay. The house is in a great location, walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and Treehouse. The house was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with!

Lovely house, very clean and everything we needed. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and was a nice size to host two families. From a well-stocked kitchen to toys in the shed for kids, everything about the house was comfortable. The beach is a short walk away, as is Tree House brewery. There is also a grill in the back deck and a fire pit in the front. We would stay here again!

The property was well appointed and had everything we needed inside. The owner had gone the extra mile and had a wagon loaded with beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. There was also a storage building with lots of games and beach items. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows and making smores over the fire pit in the front yard.

We met up with our 2 adult children and their partners for a week on the cape and this house was a perfect home base. We cooked every night and the kitchen was so well supplied, it made our stay very nice. We had a couple very hot days, and the air conditioning was delightful. We even had a perfect night making smores at the fire pit. This was such a comfortable home away from home, thank you Dan and Desiree!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO home! The house was very clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. Everything was exactly as described, and the entire process from booking to check-out was seamless.The owners were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their helpfulness and attention to detail truly made our stay even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others! We can’t wait to return.

Absolutely incredible host. They were so accommodating, and you can tell that this property is well cared for. It’s so much easier staying in a place with a decent kitchen, and I was unpressed with the kitchen tools available - the knives were actually sharp! :) The location was absolutely amazing, and we really enjoyed being walking distance from the beach. We will definitely be back!

Great location

We had a great week in Sandwich! The accommodation was perfect for our family and the location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach and Tree House brewing. Shopping and restaurants were a short distance. (less than 5 mins) Definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay in sandwich!

The overall experience was seamless from booking to checkout. The house itself was very nice and high quality and also was kid friendly. We were very pleased with our experience renting this house and will most likely rent it again!

Serenity

This was perfect place to stay, wish I could have enjoyed it more but was visiting the cape for my brothers funeral. Definitely will be back as my family and I loved staying here and made us feel like we were home.

Wonderful family stay

Excellent host communication and lovely home! Everything was new and clean, and the added amenities for a baby made our trip much easier. The beds were very comfortable, too. The house was walking distance to the beach and several food options, and the neighborhood was charming and friendly.

Wonderful Home

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The house was clean and updated and truly had everything you needed! We enjoyed the back deck every day and the neighborhood is beautiful for walking. The hosts were very responsive and had great communication leading up to the stay and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location and beautiful comfortable home

Beautiful comfortable home with all the amenities of your home away from home. Location was great for restaurants and beaches.(walking distance to so much) Neighborhood was quiet and so relaxing for walks in the morning and at night. We look forward to our next stay here. We were fortunate to meet the hosts and they are lovely people.

Friends Getaway

Beautiful Cape location! Great spot for exploring the Cape and islands. Sweet, comfortable home surrounded by great restaurants made our stay really comfortable. The hosts were super responsive. Overall, I loved it and would come back when in the area.

Wonderful week in the Cape!

We had a wonderful time at this newly remodeled home, with thoughtful decor and all the amenities one could expect! The owners went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and needs were met, and were a real pleasure to work with. We will happily rebook when we come back to the Cape!

Delightful stay in Sandwich!

My husband and I, along with our two friends, had the opportunity to visit Sandwich over Memorial Day weekend. This gorgeous house was the perfect place to stay. We could walk to town for sandwiches or ice cream, walk to Treehouse Brewing for beer and walk to the beach. The house was pristine and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here in the future!

Lovely House Near the Beach

This was our first time staying here and we were happy with our choice. The house was lovely- newly renovated and beautifully decorated. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable with good quality sheets and towels. We enjoyed the back deck and the gas fireplace. The location is great for walking to the beach and to the Tree House Brewery/Beergarden. Dan and Desiree were great to communicate with and very responsive hosts.
