Located in the heart of the Russian River wine appellation and recreation area, within walking distance of Monte Rio theater,  beach & recreation area, bridge, children's playground, tennis courts, Redwood rich hiking trails, and several restaurants and markets. Ample parking onsite and property has 12 fruit trees. Surrounding fence offers privacy and security. Comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. Dog friendly!

The main portion of first floor of the property is not accessible to guests, but there is a small storage area available where we've made the following available to guests: beach gear, floats, towels, tennis rackets and balls, a cooler, etc.
