Great view and location

The condo is located close to South Port, Holden beach and of course Oak Island shopping and restaurants. The condo is well kept and had everything we needed to get started. Did I mention a killer view? Well this condo has it. We will definitely be back!

Loved it!

We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! The view was amazing. We loved sitting on the balcony and walking on the beach along the ocean!

Family trip

We arrived early and allowed to check in early. The condo was clean and just what we expected. A couple of walkable restaurants and a coffee shop. The beach was also clean and water amazing.

Great beach condo

This condo was beautiful and very clean. The ocean views are spectacular. We came with our 4 year old and 7 month old and it was great to have some kid amenities there (pac n play, high chair, plastic cups/ plates).

Great stay!

The villa was clean, comfortable and ready for early check-in. We had a few issues: closet door broken off in the master bedroom, ice maker not working, light bulbs burned out, but our contact was helpful and responsive. Overall nicely decorated, amazing ocean view, well equipped kitchen. The beach and community is clean and quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and bright, and very convenient to the beach and several restaurants. We were also pleasantly surprised to get a text that our condo was ready about an hour before the scheduled check-in time. Highly recommend!

Winter Wonderland

I can’t say enough about our winter experience in Oak Island! My husband and I spent a month in February and experienced all kinds of weather and a peaceful desolate beach besides some free roaming pups and their owners. Our stay in this condo was absolutely perfect. In addition to having the beautiful view of the ocean and sounds of the waves 24/7., the condo itself was very well appointed and clean. We had guests throughout our stay and even though there was just one bathroom, the sink in the spare bedroom was a lifesaver. I worked from the small desk in the spare bedroom as well as the kitchen table and both worked out great.We only had one small issue and Dave was very responsive to our needs. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful property set for relaxation!

My husband and I were looking for a quick trip to the beach, and this property came up in our search. I snapped it up right away, and I am so glad that we did. The four flights of stairs are worth the walk for a gorgeous view overlooking Caswell Beach. While we spent most of our time outside on the deck, the bedrooms, the bathroom, and the kitchen were absolutely perfect for our needs. We were able to fully relax! We will definitely return to this property.

Location Location Location!

Loved our stay at this oceanfront condo! The view and sound of the waves from the balcony were spectacular. The condo was well equipped, beautifully appointed and comfortable. The floors could use a good cleaning but overall the place was clean. Beds were comfortable, nice towels, lots of kitchen equipment including plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. Parking was easy as was beach access. This was worth the three sets of stairs! We would stay here again!

Clean and comfortable unit in beautiful location

The unit is exactly as described, clean and updated with good amenities. The location is outstanding with an excellent oceanfront view in walking distance from the pier and a couple of good restaurants. We really liked the South-facing view, since the sun does not "bake" the outdoor balcony at any time of day. We could sit in the comfortable chairs any time of day without sitting in full sun. Although this is not an issue for us, be aware of the flights of stairs you will need to climb to reach the unit. The property managers communicate frequently and quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing beach condo

The location was wonderful - quiet and looking right out onto the dunes and waves. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture/bed were comfortable. Communication regarding check in, etc. was frequent and responsive. It would have been helpful to have some specific condo information inside the unit. For example, where the trash was to be disposed of, whether recycling was possible (it is), and some local recommendations for restaurants. The condo is in an older building, and it could use an interior painting. My only other suggestion would be to have a floor lamp in the living room and a brighter lamp in the main bedroom for those who like to read, as the overhead lighting is quite dim. It was a great place for a relaxing beach getaway!

We loved our stay. My daughter declared that this was the best beachfront condo we’ve stayed at. Only thing to consider is better lighting in the living room. Otherwise thumbs up all the way. Even the three flights of stairs were within our new health goals 😉.
