Super cute beach condo!

This home is adorable and looks exactly as it’s portrayed in the pictures. As some added bonuses, it’s the absolute perfect walking distance to the beach and you can hear the waves from the balcony. I very highly recommend!

The condo is newly renovated and was nicely decorated. The location is perfect; just a very short walk to the public beach access. The balcony is very nice and roomy! The beach chairs available for our use were in great condition! The communication with the host was flawless. I highly recommend this condo and will be staying here again!

Great Times Ahead

This place is clean and convenient to the beach. We had a wonderful time and the area is beautiful. I wish there was option to have a golf cart to drive around in but we had no trouble getting around in our vehicle.

Oak Island

We had a great stay! The condo was in a great location! It was decorated very nicely and beach themed. It was also very clean. The comforters and towels need to be updated. That would be my only recommendations.

Remotes

We love the condo we stayed in. The only thing is there were no directions on really how to use the TV remote in the main room. There were three remotes and we are not used to Samsung plus at our house we have DIRECTV. And we did not understand how to get regular channels. We figured out a few things, but it took a day so it may be if they were directions on what each remote is supposed to do that would’ve been helpful for us oldies

A lovely condo that was pet friendly but very clean! Located just a few houses down to beach access wasn’t bad at all for a 70 yr old. We enjoyed the balcony (view of the ocean was very minimal) and overall a quiet part of OI. Wished we would’ve been able to keep a golf cart on the premises but “not allowed “. Nice to have the elevator! If we wanted to be picky, we weren’t given a dish towel for the kitchen (we didn’t ask either so that’s on us) and no soap in the dispenser in each bathroom. We would definitely stay again!! Thank you! 4 ladies enjoyed it

Unfortunately, the golf cart restriction is a recent rule implemented by the POA, not by our management company. Because there is no designated area on the property to charge golf carts. Great Getaway!

We enjoyed our time at Seas the Oak'asion. The condo was nicely furnished and very clean. Beach access was convenient. Being able to hear the ocean from the balcony was very relaxing.

Perfect location and stay !

This was by far one of my favorite vacations in a very long time. We were In a great location of many wonderul restaurants, beach access points, and shopping! We would totally stay at this place again in a heart beat. Loved the flow of the place and how clean and well kept it was.

Perfect accommodations

We had a great stay! The lodging was very clean and inviting! It's location is very close to the beach access and convenient proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. This side of the island doesn't seem as busy either, which is a huge plus! We will definitely stay here again!!

Very clean and wonderful location

The property was very clean with updated finishes. The location is also great, just a short walk to the beach. Checking in was a breeze with a coded door lock. The only thing that kept me from giving five stars on the overall stay was the fact that the refrigerator did not have a water filter and one of the stove eyes wasn't working, but those are first-world problems!
