Thank you! We’re so glad you had a perfect week and enjoyed the beautiful, clean condo—and we agree, The Pizza Shack is a great local spot! We’d love to host you again soon. Best, The Better Beach Rentals & Sales Team

We greatly appreciate the review and we are happy to hear you enjoyed the home. We look forward to you next stay as well!

Penny, thank you for the kind review! We are delighted you had a great vacation. We will pass along that feedback of shade needed by the pool to the private homeowners and see what they can do.

Michael, We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay at the home and OKI! We greatly appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We hope to host you again sometime. Best, The Better Beach Rentals & Sales Team

Niel, we are glad you enjoyed the location of the home. We will contact the HOA of the condominium complex and ensure the steps are up to code for our guests. The HOA works really hard to maintain the buildings and keep the facilities up and running. We do apologize that Ophelia dampened your vacation. If we could make every day sunny for our guests, we would! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

Thank you for your detailed feedback, Ryan. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and the well-stocked kitchen. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered—this is not the standard we strive for, and we’ve shared your concerns with our cleaning team to ensure immediate improvements. Regarding the beds not being made, linens are left on the beds for sanitation purposes to give guests confidence in their cleanliness, but we understand this should be clearly communicated. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and hope to provide you with a much better experience in the future. Best, The Better Beach Rentals & Sales Team

Thank you for your feedback, Joan. We’re glad to hear you found the unit clean and visually appealing, but we’re very sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations, particularly regarding linens, towels, and provided starter supplies. We understand how important comfort and convenience are when staying at the beach. We do clearly outline in our pre-arrival information that linens are provided in a specific setup process and that only starter supplies are included; however, we understand this can still be disappointing depending on guest expectations, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. We also understand your frustration regarding check-in and check-out timing. These windows are set to allow our housekeeping teams sufficient time to properly clean and prepare each home between guests, especially during peak season. That said, we always aim to balance thorough preparation with maximizing guest vacation time, and your feedback is helpful as we continue to evaluate that process. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience.

Shona, Thank you for your detailed review! We’re glad to hear that the property suited your family’s needs and that you enjoyed the nearby dining options, especially with the gluten-free choices. We appreciate your notes about the supplies needed and the check-in process; we’ll make sure to communicate those details more clearly in the future. We're sorry the tropical storm impacted your stay and prevented you from enjoying the beach. We’d love to welcome you back for a better weather experience next time!
