Condo was just as described and very clean. Great location and view of the water. Owner was always quick to respond prior to booking and prior to arrival. Restaurants/grocery/ice cream and shops all within walking distance. Would stay again

If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay right on the oceanfront, this is the place. The condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It was very clean and it has pretty much everything you would need to prepare your meals and enjoy your stay. The view from the balcony is incredible. They also provide everything you would need to enjoy a day on the beach, including a cart to carry your things down there. Veronica and Ted are fantastic host and the communication was quick. In my opinion, this is a great value for a beach vacation.

I wish I had checked the tide schedule because it was high tide during the optimum beach tanning time & there was no beach during high tide. I’m assuming the storm the previous week had altered the sand placement. Ted gave us many options for other beaches. I was still able to get myself “solar charged”!

So glad you had a great stay. Oak Island is undergoing an aggressive beach re-nourishment campaign and bringing in and moving sand around which will improve conditions throughout the whole island. This condo was very nicely decorated. It's in a perfect location with a great view of the ocean from the deck. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. Ted and Veronica are great hosts...quickly responded to any messages. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The Hosts were very communicative ahead of our trip, as well as making check-in and check-out processes easy.The property was clean and well furnished, with everything you need to start off your stay in your welcome basket (nice touch!)Just steps from the beach, the host also provides you with a beach cart, chairs, and other amenities for your stay. The property is located very close to restaurants and shops, as well as Publix within walking distance. We would definitely recommend!

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful view of the ocean, well stocked unit and loved the easy-to-use keypad! Also loved the closet in the garage - we used the beach chairs for sure!

Sea Breeze OKI was everything it was promised to be! The check-in process was very streamlined and easy, and every instruction provided by the hosts was clear and easy to understand. The property was spotless and very tastefully decorated, immediately making us feel welcome and wanting to occupy the space. Every room was clean and inviting, and the balcony view…! Wow! A wonderful view of the ocean! The rear deck was generously furnished and provided more than adequate seating for guests. The kitchen provided more than adequate implements and appliances for cooking meals, and the coffee station allowed for making drip coffee or utilizing coffee pods. The hosts were beyond gracious and made the property as desirable as its location. They were very responsive to any messages and initiated communication throughout the stay to check on us and ensure everything was as it should be. Their thoughtfulness in providing some basic amenities and “welcome” items for our use was indicative of the attention to detail they took in every aspect of our stay. We can’t wait to return to Sea Breeze OKI and would highly recommend a stay here.

Great location with views of the dunes and ocean, and overlooking the nice pool. Very short, easy walk to the beach, which was not crowded at all. There were many stores and restaurants also within walking distance. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated; exactly as shown and described on the listing. Owners were wonderful with communication.

Enjoyed our 5 night stay. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Loved the little start up basket of essentials. Major bonus of not having to make up the beds after a long drive. Everything the same as presented in listing. We will definitely stay again.
