Serenity Creekside - Waterfront with Dock

Serenity Creekside is one of the newest homes to be added to our rental portfolio! This absolutely breathtaking home boasts three bedrooms with two full baths. This waterfront raised-ranch styled home with dock located on Greens Creek just outside of Oriental NC. Once inside, the first thing that you will notice is the large family area, kitchen, and views off of the back deck. This spacious home has a main family room that includes a large flat screen television as well as plenty of seating for the entire group. Around the corner you will find a quiet screen-in sunroom that is great for relaxing, playing board games, or snuggling up with your favorite book while enjoying the scenic river views. The primary bedroom suite (upstairs) features a king size bed with a single bed and private bath. The secondary bedroom has a king sized bed. For anyone traveling with younger children or with a group of friends, the third bedroom has three single beds. Kitchen provides seating at the counter while larger groups will appreciate the separate dining room, again with spectacular waterfront views. This home is equipped with everything you and your guests will need; including basic cookware and dishes, quartz counters, stove & oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig. Off the kitchen area is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Serenity Creekside is located on Greens Creek with easy access to the Neuse River (Oriental bridge has 45 foot clearance). A neighborhood boat ramp is located within walking distance of the home. Boaters and fisherman are going to love having their own dock with water depth an average of 4 foot of water. The boat lift is not available for guest use.
