Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

There is a BBQ grill at the home. The cost to rent it is $95 + tax per stay.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?

4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Very family friendly and the PERFECT location for all the Disney parks. The themed rooms and awesome game room really made it special for the kids (and fun for the adults). Host was responsive.

We were pleased with the property and enjoyed our stay. It did take us a little while to figure out all how to use all of the features (pool screen, air hockey game, etc.). But once we worked out everything went smoothly.

Annual family vacation

The house was beautiful! Very spacious. The game room was amazing and the kids loves it, helped with those raining afternoons. Location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, and theme parks. Watching the game at the pool was the topper! Thank you for a great vacation home.

Fabulous big home!

We had a wonderful stay!! Great bedrooms with lots of space for our group of 14 (8 adults and 6 kids). Kitchen is well equipped, paying for the BBQ and heated pool was well worth it as we loved the backyard and BBQ! Games room is unreal, many hours spent in there. The house is a good distance from the community pool and our kids were all younger so we drove over there for use.

We had a great weeklong stay! The house was exactly as described and pictured. Excellent communication with the host. We really enjoyed the outside space with heated pool, projector, bar and tv. We will be back!

Amazing Home Away From Home

We loved the house. Close to Disney for adventures and wonderful adventures in our rest days at the house. Loved the pool and hot tub and we cant say enough about the game room. It was an Amazing place to stay.

Used to have whole family stay for Disney trip. Would've been 5 stars but the garbage situation is a bit dumb! Only 1 bag at house for us and a tiny trash bin to put trash for 10! A bit unrealistic

Fantastic!

Would 100% stay again. Everything was just as described. Communication with property manager was excellent. The house was wonderful. My family and I had a great time and will for sure stay at this house again. I recommend to anyone taking your family on an Orlando vacation. Nice to come "home" to a nice, spacious, relaxing house after a long day at the parks instead of a cramped condo on the park resorts!

This is a nice home for a large group going to Disney World. The location is fantastic. It is a quick commute to all the parks. The pool and video set up was very fun. It works great! The house needs a good cleaning and a few little things fixed and the furniture especially in the kids rooms is very cheap. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

Great Disney vacation rental

This house is perfectly located when visiting Disney properties. Also Walmart and gift stores are nearby. The entire house was nicely furnished and the kids loved the themed rooms. Lots of nice starter supplies and extras- plug/usb outlets, pool toys and floats, lots of towels, and 2 washers and dryer's. The game room was fantastic, and there’s also a pool table. There is a large outdoor screen over the pool, so fun movie nights. Trash collected daily. Nice community center and playgrounds. Highly recommend this for your Orlando visit.

Won’t be bored here!

From the moment we walked onto the property and checked out the house we were all very excited!!! the game room just blew the kids away as soon as they seen it and the pool they couldn’t wait to go swimming! to be outside watching television or the movie screen and having some cocktails as adults and the kids enjoying swimming, it was perfect! It was definitely worth it to pay for the heating of the hot tub although I think it still should be part of the house cost! Proximity to the parks was awesome! There was actually a super Walmart that had fresh meats and fruits and vegetables, as well as all the other things that you could possibly need without having to go to an actual supermarket and so close! The kids rooms for the boys and girls were wonderfully decorated, so enchanting! If you plan on making cookies though there’s no cookie sheets but there’s one baking pan for like a lasagna or some kind of casserole. plenty of frying pans for bacon, eggs French toast - breakfast type stuff. We had no problem keeping the house cool upstairs and downstairs. You just need to adjust the temperature for each floor, which was easy to adjust the timer because there’s no sense in wasting energy if you’re not there.. just be sure to bring your passwords for your Disney account on Netflix or Paramount plus if you plan on watching television, but there were plenty of TVs to go around. Jokingly my family wanted to buy the house, it was the cherry on top of our family Vacation!

Great Florida vacation

Group of 9 ppl from two families had a great 4 night stay at this fabulous villa. We live in Europe and this was a part of our 4 wks grand tour of east coast US and Florida in particular. We chose this villa as we wanted to have a relaxing break between big cities and theme parks with amenities to keep adults, teens and kids all happy. Thia place really delivered. We enjoyed the pool, game room, pool movies and ample space for 9 persons. Will definetely return the next time needing a villa in the area.

Stay second week in July 2024

Overall we loved the house. My only negative thoughts was the towel situation was terrible we had to purchase our own bath towels and pool towels, we had 14 guests and was only given enough towels for 8 people. Also the kitchen supplies needed to be updated the measuring cups were cracked ect…..We had to make multiple trips to Walmart for supplies that should have been available. Other than that the house was clean and we enjoyed the amenities. It was perfect for a big family of all ages. The teenagers loved the game room! This house really does have things for the kids to do and be entertained from ages 16 to my 1 years old. Everyone loved the property it was just the towel and supplies in the house is my only complaint. 1 star for contacting property manger I did call when we arrived and was unable to get through to them.

Amazing outdoor area

Fabulous house with lots of extras. Loved the outdoor area & pool. Game room is also fun. Beds are comfortable. Only real negative would be the smell of the water. Probably most of the resorts have sulfur water though. Overall would recommend this home.

We had a blast. Everything thing went well except our flight got canceled. We checked in at midnight. The resort people we friendly all around. The neighborhood was nice easy to find and accessible entrance. Everyone felt at home definitely would book this again

Great family getaway location

This location was great for visiting family in Orlando. The house is perfect for young kids as it has a play room with lots of toys and systems to entertain the kids, plus the outdoor space is great with a pool and bar. The only items that knocked it down from a 5 to 4 star are that there were some rips in the furniture, or a shad that was off its anchors. The pack n play that was provided had no sheets and not mattress to go with it (just the infant pad - which was not communicated well at the time of booking). The A/C would re set every 12 hours so you had to be diligent to reset it or the upstairs would get hot. Also there were barely enough towels provided to the guests as the house was supposed to sleep 14 but only 10 towels or so were provided. Also I feel as if more amenities could have been provided like trash bags and toilet paper as we were there for 5 days. Also the pots and pans provided were very few and the ones that were provided were very scratched up (which is a health concern). I had to go out and buy my own pillow as the pillows provided were extremely flat and should have been replaced. Would rate a 3.7 star if I could, but to be fair to the place it was decent, but for more than $2000 it should have had better quality amenities than it did.

Spring break trip

House was very close to theme parks and to many restaurants. The pool made for a great activity afterwards to unwind from the day. Our children enjoyed the different themed rooms and the game room as well.

Fantastic stay!

We were a group of 12 (including teens and younger children), and we all loved this home! We spent a lot of time in the pool and spa. The home is clean, quiet, well decorated, and the beds are comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! The property owner and also the management company were great to work with—both were quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere that has it all!
