Wonderful house and location

Great location and amenities

Property was clean and well decorated. Owners were very responsive. Close to many restaurants and shops and only 10-20 minutes from all Disney parks. Resort had plenty of nice amenities and is very secure.

Highly recommend!

The house was very large and beautiful. Amenities available were perfect for our family and our needs. LOVED the water park and the pool/hot tub at the house was a huge bonus. Laura was friendly and easy to get ahold of. Definitely recommend them and their properties!

Great place!

This place is great for a Disney vacation! We were there for a week. Three park days and two days we played in the pool/waterpark at Windsor Hills. Easy to get to Disney and $15 uber ride back if needed. Walmart is super close which is nice. This place is walking distance to the main pool/waterpark and Castle park is right across the street which was really nice. Property Manager was great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Great house for a large family close to Disney World.

This was a beautiful house in a nice gated community very close to Disney. We wish that we could have spent more time enjoying the nice pool and club house pool. The house was large and clean and the bedrooms were great. They even themed one of the kids rooms with Frozen bedding for our grand daughter. Very nice. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay off Disney property.

Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at this property with 4 adults and 8 kids for 5 days 4 nights and it was absolutely amazing. The house was even more spacious than the pictures show! We were also happy to see that the local Walmart was less than 2 minutes away which made for easy quick trips for last minute Disney things! The water park on site stayed open late which was the perfect way to end every evening with the kiddos. The kitchen had everything you could need/want (griddles,blenders,measuring cups,etc) and even had some staple items like seasonings,sugar, ziplocks, and more! We opted to not heat the pool and to our surprise it was still absolutely perfect temperature on hot days. Laura was in communication with us our entire stay to help with any and all needs. Do not pass this properly up, we are already planning our next visit!

Great layou and budget friendly

This home was perfect for 11 people ranging from 2-55! We found the home to be really close to everything, and set up great! Big bedrooms, great layout. Everyone loved the theater. Pool and hot tub were great, albeit cold, cuz it was really cold when we were there! We had everything we needed, and Laura was fantastic whenever we needed anything or had a quick question. Location within resort is great too. Right across from the park, and close enough to walk to the pool. My only note: The beds are firm, if that isn’t something that you can sleep on. It isn’t my preference, but were fine for me. I know some can’t sleep on firm beds so it is something to be aware of. You won’t be disappointed in this rental! A lot of great things for the price. It wasn’t extra fancy, but we weren’t looking for that. We wanted nice, great layout and price!

Wonderful Disney Vacation

This is a great house with nice pool and hot tub!! It was everything it says online nd more. The location could not have been better! There was a little traffic on the way back from the parks but we found that if you stayed in right lane and passed the normal left turn lanes you could go up a street or two and then turn left and beat the crowd. It was GREAT being so close to Disney! Lots of nice restaurants nearby and so close to the Walmart for a quick grocery run. We had Instacart deliver easily the first night so that was great too. The kitchen was well stocked with a nice size kitchen table that would seat at least 6 and a pantry to put food and bags so things were neat and tidy as they could be with 9 adults, 2 kids and the dog. :) The bedrooms and baths were well appointed and beds very comfortable. The decorations were so nice. The pool outside was perfect for swims after park time. The neighborhood water park was enjoyed by the young kids and young adult kids as well. Only downside was that parking was limited to two cars at the house and one in overflow parking. It Made it hard with our group because so many came from different locations but I feel that is pretty standard in all the neighborhoods around Disney. Just wanted to mention to make sure you have time to make plans for autos if necessary. Laura (owner) was awesome to work with. Very helpful and accommodating. She got back to us right away if we had questions before we arrived. We had no issues during our stay that required us to contact her but I'm sure she would have gotten back in touch with us quickly as she did prior to our stay. Highly recommend this property! Thank you Laura for sharing your house with us!!

Pictures are a bit deceiving

Laura was a great/friendly host! The house is very spacious and accommodating. However, it needs attention in many areas. Pictures show it very impressively, but in person, we were underwhelmed. It needs updates, and is very overpriced. The screens surrounding the lanai are torn, so the dogs were able to escape. That was a major inconvenience. Some of the towels were dirty upon our arrival. The stair railing was coming off the wall, rendering it useless. Tiles in the master bathroom are broken and wobbly. Blinds are broken in many places. The dryer doesn’t function properly. The couch has broken springs or something and sits uncomfortably. We couldn’t get the remote to work for the theater room so we didn’t get to use it. We were surprised by some extra fees that were a bit hidden/unclear in the listing. Also, the checkout instructions in the binder ask you to do several loads of towels. With the dryer not working properly, we spent way too much of our vacation time trying to do laundry. Only to find out that the binder information is wrong but the email communication regarding check out procedures wasn’t sent to us. We did additional loads of laundry unnecessarily. Laura did offer to send a handyman, but that is a major inconvenience when you have dogs staying there. A partial refund for the numerous inconveniences would have been more appropriate. Overall, the host was wonderful and that makes a huge difference!

We had a great time at this property! The house was very spacious and the pool/theater room were great for keeping the kids occupied. Additionally, the playground, sports area and water park were great for our off days. There were plenty of tvs and bathrooms which is always a plus with large groups. We also loved that our family dog could join us! The location is great, super close to shopping/gas stations and easy to get to the theme parks. Looking forward to our return!

Excellent Stay

Had a great stay! Laura was the perfect host. Kids loved the pool and we had a hard time getting them out of it. :) Beds and pillows were super comfy and theater room was a great addition. Would definitely stay there again.

Great family vacation

The home was perfect for our family vacation. It was exactly what we were looking for. Laura was the best she even went so far as looking after us when there was a back up on the roads by giving us an alternate route. THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!

I can’t say enough great things about this property! It’s super convenient and close to the Disney parks, close to Wal-Mart and restaurant options, close to Starbucks, it’s walking distance from the community pool, waterslides, arcade and on-site food, and the neighborhood playground is just out the front door. It is SUPER clean, the home is well thought out for guests, and the movie room is absolutely perfect for enjoying sports and movies! The beds are comfy, showers clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The hosts communicate well and are wonderful with providing necessary information, and don’t overload you with information. Everyone in our family thought the place was superb! Definitely book the place!!! You won’t be disappointed.

This is a fantastic property when visiting Disney. The drive is short. You can escape Disney and take a break in the properties private pool or water park. Perfect for all ages.

Great location and good for big families

Overall, this was a good location for our extended family trip to Disney World. I did have a few maintenance problems that I would have wished would have been checked on between stays rather than having to communicate with the owner while coordinating my entire family and children. But everything worked out well and it couldn't have been a better location for driving into the Disney parks.

Family Christmas vacation

Great house, neighborhood and location. The security was excellent as well. The host had great communication and helped me with a last minute request. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for adults and children. Very helpful and convenient to use their pack and play and stroller since we were traveling. Overall we had a great time and would recommend.

Absolutely amazing property!

We had an AMAZING time staying here! The host was wonderful and very prompt with responses. The house is beautiful and great for a large family. The extra pool towels provided was also very helpful. Short drive to Disney, Discovery Cove and The Crayola Experience. 10/10 would stay here or any properties owned by this host again! Thank you for a wonderful place for our multi-family vacation!

Its hard to find a home that fits my whole family for clvacation so we are usually having to get several condos...this home provided a perfect situation for all my kids and grandkids to stay in one home...allowed me to enjoy a chaoric but amazing week with my family..thank u for allowing us to use your home

My God-given gifts are hospitality and service, so that has made hosting vacation homes such a perfect fit for me and our happy guests!!

I was born and raised on a farm in south-central Michigan, and am blessed to still live just 3.5 miles from the farm with my high-school sweetheart husband and 2 young boys. Before becoming a full-time mom, I had a successful 9-year career in technology sales.

As a family, we enjoy fishing, camping, hunting, baking, playing games and traveling in our free time.

We love our National Parks for the hiking, wildlife and amazing landscapes and have visited the Great Smokey Mountains in TN, Yellowstone in Wyoming, the Florida Everglades, and Denali in Alaska.

Once we started our family, we began using other's short term vacation rentals for long-weekend anniversary getaways and family vacations in Michigan and have always had a wonderful experience. We appreciate being able to cook our own meals for the most part and to relax and play games in a home instead of a hotel, not to mention we can create a very budget-friendly vacation by not eating out every night.

Our favorite warm weather destination is Florida. When winter comes, it's easy for us to take a quick Allegiant Air flight to several destinations throughout Florida. That's why we chose Kissimmee as our first vacation home location. It's ideally located to the most popular attractions and the resort we chose is known as the closest to Disney, but is very private.

We've spent a good amount of time at our place and can make specific recommendations to help you get the most of your stay - see our guidebook. We are happy to share our place with others, so they can create lasting memories just as we have. We feel there is no better way to spend our time and our money, but to create memories with the ones we love.
