Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. Walking distance to all the entertainments downtown can offer - restaurants, coffee shops, shopping on Robson and Granville st. Sky train station a few blocks away!
In many ways a very nice apartment, but could use some maintenance upgrades. Great location in terms of easy access to downtown Vancouver and included parking, but quite a few street people in the area.
Great location in downtown Vancouver. Was able to walk to shuttle pick up sites for Capilano and tour to Victoria/Butchart Gardens. Short drive to Stanley Park. About half mile walk to BC Place to see Major League Soccer match, no issues as plenty of people out and about on the streets. Great communication on check in and other questions that came up. Parking across the street was very convenient. Burger Crush and Megabite Pizza close and delicious. As we visited in late August, the apartment was a little warm due to the afternoon sun. Overall a great stay!
Check-in and vehicle parking instructions were easy to follow. Just need to remember to have the key fob to use the elevator once you have checked in. The unit offers an equipped kitchen, but we only used the Keurig for our morning coffee.Bathroom had all the basics found in a hotel, along with plenty of towels. Seating in the living room is comfortable. Unit also had small dining area, two TVs, and very comfortable bed. As we were in Vancouver for a wedding, the iron and full sized ironing board were a definite plus! The decorating is tastefully done and very soothing in color. The location is convenient to the airport, shopping, wedding venue, and great places to eat. As a short person, I had no issues with staying there. My husband at 6â5â had some issues with getting in the step-in tub/shower unit. He also had issues with opening bedroom closet doors and maneuvering around the bed as he would hook a shoulder on the wall mounted TV.
We are over 60, so that may be a factor, but this was not the place for us. We first walked into the unit and it was HOT. A portable a/c unit was in the living room but not turned on for our arrival. It was fed through an open window that could not be closed, so as we turned it on and got cool air, warm air continued to stream through the window. Also, very dirty floors, evident trash on windowsills and under seating. To be fair, after contacting them twice, the following day cleaners were sent to clean up some of what we reported. The bed was comfortable, but bedroom hot despite us trying to direct some a/c with a provided small fan. Kitchen was well stocked. Not many places to put luggage...i had mine open on the living room floor. Convenient walk to Gastown and Stanley Park. Lots of obvious heavy drug users in the immediate area of the building, but a walk of a couple of blocks put us in better environs. Parking was included and convenient. Handy convenience store just next door. Note: tub shower floor very slippery
We loved the apartment. It's spacious, modern and well-equipped. The location was perfect for us. It's close to amenities, bars and restaurants and transport links. The free parking was easy to use too. We had a fun stay, thank you.
Well located and spacious. The apartment was lacking cleanliness ( especially the shower and the floor). We received the wrong information for the check-in:( Luckily, we were able to sort it out with the help of the building caretaker but it took us a long time . The AC is not well mounted to the window so the hot air from the AC was coming back in.
We enjoyed our stay. The property was secure and clean. The pictures are quite representative of the apartment. I would note that if you are from a rural area like me, bring a sound machine ( or white noise app) for the urban street noise you hear on the third floor. A sleep mask is also helpful as the large windows let in a lot of sun light.
Great location to get to all the main sights of the city. Well designed even though itâs quite small, however just starting to show signs of some wear. The main issue is that Howe Street is very noisy and traffic never stops even through the night making sleeping difficult.
We had a great visit to Vancouver. The property was extremely clean and smartly decorated. It was also well stocked with necessities to make our stay very comfortable. We will definitely return to Vancouver and stay at this property. Highly recommend a visit here!
Property was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and it was within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go!! Even the walk back after the concert wasnât bad! Bit of noise from the street but there is a fan in the closet that drowns that out for the most part!! Julia was more than helpful with anything we needed and with any questions we had.
This well-situated condo has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, including a great kitchen setup (no problem cooking a meal), dining room table, comfortable living area, sleeping arrangements, and a balcony. The secure parking spot on the ground level off the street was an asset. The street noise is significant but not unusual for downtown. The property owners provided earplugs, just in case. We'd stay here again.
This property is at a great location. Having parking was great and it was easy. Condo Wes nice and clean. It absolutely needs new shades. It has cheap vertical blinds. It has west facing windows and takes on a ton of sun. The unit doesnât have central ac and only a vented mobile unit. It was extremely hot in the unit almost the whole time. The blinds also didnât block out light so it was very bright I. The bedroom at night. New blinds that provide insulation from heat and are room darkening are necessary.
This property is in such a convenient location. My husband was bothered more by the nighttime traffic noises, but the condo is in a safe location perfect for exploring the city. The condo covered needed amenities and the size is perfect for a couple. The bed is comfortable and the condo is infused with sunlight. We used the laundry and the gym. Thanks for a great stay!
Great stay. Clean property, nicely decorated. We stayed on a very hot weekend so central air would have been nice. Bed mattress is hard. Overall very happy.
We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, very clean condo in a great location with easy walks to shops and restaurants. The property manager quickly answered my questions concerning the check in instructions, which could use clarification. The Key Cafe box is located in the convenience store to the left of the condo building. Save yourself some frustration, and don't try to get into the condo building first. For security reasons, you won't be able to. There are a lot of homeless in the area, but none of them bothered us. We appreciated that the condo was stocked with the essentials and had shared laundry on the floor. We would stay here again.
The pictures are true to the unit. Clean. Updated. Great location. We ran into two issues - the traffic noise is a bit louder than expected. Second, while there was a mobile a/c unit, we were in Vancouver for an unseasonably warm stretch and while we tried to not run the unit all day, if we didn't keep it on for hours at a time, the unit was very warm with a late afternoon sun. It made it hard to cool off the adjoining bedroom. Luckily a fan was available to blow cool air into the bedroom. The communication from the property manager on signing in did not arrive early as communicated, but we did receive it when requested and it allowed us to enter earlier, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the location as we could walk just about everywhere.
This condo is very nice and well located within Vancouver. We had everything we needed for a couple of nights. The check-in instructions were not particularly clear but the property manager cleared up the issue quickly. Also, and this is very minor, but we were unable to figure out how to use the TVs. There were no instructions and it was unclear what the issue might have been.
The location couldnât be better if you need to be downtown! Security of the building was great, and included secure parking was an awesome bonus. Only critique is that it needs some love; toilet seat was super loose, bathroom and living room cabinets are falling apart, and the garbage can in the kitchen is tiny! Would recommend otherwise.
Nicely laid out. The Keurig coffee machine with LOTS of coffee pods was a nice touch. Road noise from Howe St a little loud, but the condo was very nice. Lots of small touchs and everything worked well. Oh yes, the checkin process was really easy. I have had some bad experiences in the past and this was very good.
This was a great apartment, re-modeled and very trendy, in a great area of Vancouver. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to. Check-in instructions were pretty clear. Communication with the property manager could have been a little better, but overall I was able to get my questions answered.
