Plaza 1501 9800 Coastal Highway; NO PETS, NO SMOKING. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath END UNIT is a wonderful vacation condo - First of all, because it is an end unit, you have two balconies to enjoy. The ocean side where the sun rises and the bay side, perfect for watching those fabulous summer sunsets! You also have the added security of a double entry - the glass door into the bay balcony area and then the front door into the condo. Security and privacy! Secondly, the actual condo is warm and inviting with colorful rooms and beautiful furnishings. A beautifully renovated kitchen awaits you and your meal planning expertise. Condos that are at the end of the building have something the others do not - a side window which allows more light to flood into the dining area. Ocean views are plentiful from this side window as well as the balcony off the living room and master bedroom. As of 2022, new sliding glass doors have been installed in the living room and master bedroom! There is plenty of sleeping space with two sets of bunk beds + trundle in one of the bedrooms, a king in the master and a queen in the other guest room. The master bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower with a seat! There is plenty of seating in the living room (pictures to come) for movie nights and the dining table will hold at least six people for game night! There is a Washer and Dryer in the condo. The assigned parking spot is under the building, offering easy access to the lobby. This unit has all the comforts of home with central air, 4 flat-screen TVs, 4 DVD players, and Comcast TV. Maximum Occupancy: 8. BDRM 1: King Bed BDRM 2: 1 Queen Bed BDRM 3: 2 Twin Bunk Beds + Trundle.
