This beautifully renovated unit features a bright and open interior. Enjoy amazing sunsets while sipping wine from a spacious balcony lounge. Baywatch House is perfect hub to explore all OC has to offer. It is across the street from the best restaurants in OC, including local favorites The Hobbit, Hooked, and Fractured Prune (go early to surprise the family with the best donuts youâve ever had), and you can easily return home to the peace and quiet of the bay.
Fully equipped kitchen has new appliances and everything you need for a gourmet meal for your family. You have 50in LED Smart TVs in each bedroom and living room for those rare rainy days, plus free wifi and private laundry room. The spacious master bedroom offers a king bed and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds. A queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room. Brand new pillows, linens, and comforters provided for all beds. A second bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located in the hallway.
Take a refreshing splash in the outdoor saltwater pool. If youâd like to dig your toes in the sand, Baywatch House is conveniently located 1 block to the beach. Forgot your beach chairs? We've got you covered - new beach chairs and cart provided (guest favorites)!
As a thank you for staying with us at Baywatch House, we offer a complimentary welcome package which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and FREE Linen Package, which will be delivered to the condo on arrival day. Linen Package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds and towel sets (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, makeup).
