Beautiful oceanfront condo with two balconies, amazing view of both the Ocean and the Bay. You can watch the ocean sunrise as well as bayside sunsets.

This property is a fantastic family vacation condo. The Carousel resort has everything. Amenities include a large indoor pool plus 2 outdoor pools, restaurants, a beach bar & grill, an ice cream and candy shop, gift shop, ping pong table, fitness room, sauna, hot tub, pickleball court, game room and ice-skating rink (YES! Ice Skating at the beach). There are many free activities in season including ice shows, movies on the beach, live entertainment, moon-bounce, and pirate ship. The building has free wireless internet and a private Wi-Fi router.

The unit is on the 11th floor - the only floor that has access to all 4 elevators. This is a convenience during high season.

The unit has central air, 3 flat screen TVs, Washer/Dryer, fully equipped kitchen, Keurig, dishwasher / refrigerator / microwave.

There is parking for two cars available with a building registration fee. There is a large parking lot in front of the building and a four-level garage next door (7 ft clearance). A $50.00 Guest Cash Only Registration Fee must be paid at check-in at the Condo Office for stays between the Friday before Memorial Day and Labor Day. The fee covers parking, building
amenities, and the cost to provide a Key Card.

Beach Gear Rentals
A commercial beach chair and umbrella rental facility is located on the beach in front of the Carousel.

A supermarket is across the street as well as other shops. Restaurants, bars, and pubs are within walking distance. Northside Park is close by - it features a very nice children's playground, large outdoor exercise equipment, a sports field, and a paved path for running. The park also has a crabbing/fishing pier on Assawoman Bay.

No pets allowed per HOA rules. No Smoking or Vaping allowed inside and on the balcony.

Guests must purchase a Limited Damage Waiver Plan. It covers up to $1,500 of accidental damage if reported while staying at the property. If damage is not reported during your stay, we will charge your credit card.

Beautiful stay

Beautiful condo for our Ocean City stay! Great location and amenities at the property. There really is a lot to take advantage of at The Carousel and a great place for kids.

Relaxing

The property was nice. The activities at the resort were pricy and the stove broke in the middle of breakfast. They had it so-so working in hours. Aside from that the condo was a little dated but there were no surprises as it is exactly as described. Nice week.

Perfect Location!

This property was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for my sister and I and our three kiddos (baby, 3 years old, 10 years old). The room was super clean and the hotel had great amenities (we were especially excited for s’mores!) The kids enjoyed the skating rink, arcade, and the snack bar in the lobby. Beach was never too crowded and the hotel is right across the street from the grocery store and walking distance to many shops. Very convenient. We had a minor issue with a kitchen appliance not working and the owner was responsive and sent someone quickly even though we were there for a short stay. I really appreciated their understanding and the handyman was super nice too! Would absolutely stay again!

Great condo!

The Darcy’s condo was a perfect fit for me, my husband, and our two-year old. I’m a stickler about cleanliness of rentals and everything was spotless. The condo is well appointed and updated. The extra amenities were wonderful for our little one and we loved having a grocery store right across the street.

Beauty on the Beach

The unit was exactly as described. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space. There is seating at the counter for meals (in lieu of a kitchen/dining table). The bathrooms and laundry room were recently remodeled. It was nice having outdoor space facing the ocean and facing the bay. Being on the floor with access to all 4 elevators was a definite bonus. The owners were very responsive when we had an issue with the range (it was resolved quickly despite it being a holiday). There were daily activities at the pools, fire pits, and a nightly ice show. We would not hesitate to stay here again 🙂

Buyer Beware

Overall the property was nice enough. Buyer beware that if you stay less than 6 nights you need to rent all linens for the house. This is not advertised anywhere in the listing and you are not notified until after you cannot change. I would avoid all properties that use ITS as their management company.

Terrible management

The condo itself was nice, minus the few hiccups we had. My problem is with the terribly passive aggressive person I dealt with repeatedly with the management company and the fact that I had to pay extra money for things that were not addressed in the listing (towels and linens policy) and another $110 to eat basic food downstairs when the stove stopped working the last night, and they didn’t even respond about that issue. I would definitely have paid more to stay somewhere with pleasant people and upfront information.

The condo itself was very nice! I would not refer to it as luxury like the description says, but it was nice. The oceanfront location was phenomenal! We were very pleased with the space and the all the amenities at The Carousel. However, there was a quite noticeable gross brown stain on the grey bedspread on the right-hand side in the master bedroom and a large noticeable stain on the bedding in smaller bedroom. Thankfully, we brought all our own bedding to use. The second bunk bed was broken when we arrived. Luckily, we didn't have that many people staying with us where we needed that bed. We were not notified in advance that it was broken though. The broken parts were placed under the bed and the decoration hanging from the ceiling fell off before we arrived. The light next to sliding glass door did not work properly. It flickered on and off. The master bath shower floor was really dirty when we arrived. The ocean side balcony was really dirty when we arrived as well. The floor needs to be power washed and painted. The ottomans had bird droppings all over them when we arrived. It was obvious the cleaning team cleaned a bit prior to our arrival, but it would have been highly beneficial if they noticed and corrected these glaring issues (at least by washing the dirty bedspreads and cleaning the soiled balcony furniture). Lastly, based on the photos, we had the impression that there was going to be a balcony off of the master bedroom and there was not.

Great condo on the beach

This is a great condo. It was clean, updated , and very comfortable. The patio that has a view of the ocean is the best. We were able to enjoy w rainy days at the beach. I highly recommend this location .
