À propos de cet hébergement

This ocean front condo located within the Diamond Head community has a perfect view of the beach, waves and marine life passing by. The 2nd floor unit is located in Ocean City Mid-Town on 80th St. and prides itself on being a family friendly bldg. If you want to get away from the crowds enjoying the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, but you still want to be close enough to access the boardwalk, Midtown Ocean City is for you.

You are just a few steps from the beach and have the option to enjoy the outdoor pool from late May to mid September.

Our Condo sleeps 7: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin and 1 Queen Sleep sofa, washer/dryer, cable, internet, full kitchen and pool. We have 2 free dedicated parking spaces (not side by side) and there is a handicap ramp from parking lot to 1st floor elevator.

***Guests should plan to bring or rent their own bedding, bath towels, beach towels, soaps, and paper products. We will provide one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper for each stay.***

In the kitchen, you will have have all the needed cookware, appliances (ice maker, coffee and Keurig, toaster oven etc) plates and utensils for nights where you want to stay in. Alternatively, we are conveniently located with many restaurants, carry outs, donut shops, grocery stores, convenience stores, gas stations, etc. nearby.

There are TVs in the main living area and in both bedrooms which are connected to Xfinity cable, including HBO MAX, Cinemax and MGM+, and access to your streaming accounts.

City bus stops in front of property, which you can ride all day for $4.00 (discounts available for senior citizens aged 65+, disabled persons, and Medicare card holders), The bus line runs from from the Boardwalk to Fenwick Island.

Ocean City will never disappoint. There is always something to do. You can explore the Ocean City boardwalk (10 minute drive or bus ride away) , or take a short drive to visit the wild horses at Assateague National Seashore. You can also plan activities during your stay to the amusement parks, mini golf, kayaking in the bay, parasailing, jet skiing or charter fishing.

NO PETS ALLOWED- an HOA rule. This is a NON SMOKING unit!

Minimum age is 25 to rent, NO HIGH SCHOOL BEACH WEEK or COLLEGE STUDENTS. We have a Ring door bell on our front door pointing into the common area.

Excellent Stay

This location was perfect for our family. Midtown small condo almost right on the beach with ocean views plus the luxury of a pool are hard to find and the cleanliness and property were excellent. Well taken care of facility and a lovely condo to stay in with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Property owners easy to communicate with and provided clear directions for stay and checkin.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was immaculate, the location perfect and the hosts were readily available. Our multigenerational family enjoyed the proximity to the beach, pool and walkable restaurants. We also loved the spaciousness of the balcony facing the ocean.

Great Place and Location

Really liked the size of the condo and location to the beach. Condo was clean and had good kitchen equipment. The view of the ocean from the balcony was a great way to start and end each day. The pool is quiet and nice. Condo had some pool toys which was nice to have. If you are contemplating booking this place, book it!

Everything we wanted, PLUS!

The place was perfect for our beach trip! Beach was a short walk away and when it was too windy at the beach, we were able to stay at the pool! We also loved that we were away from alot of the action, but still within walking distance of some many shops and restaurants! Loved it!

Perfect location!

We loved our family beach vacation at Diamond Head condos…. Just steps from the beach and an awesome view! The condo was comfy and well equipped. The pool at the end of the day was refreshing and close proximity to shops and restaurants was convenient. Communication with the hosts was easy and always timely. 5 stars for sure… thank you Dawn!!!

Best family vacation!

We had the best vacation at this property! The location was perfect for us - walking distance to several restaurants, shops & of course, ice cream! It was wonderful being steps to the beach, especially for our 2 & 6 year old. The pool was an added bonus that everyone enjoyed. We met several people that were very nice & kids to play with. The floor plan of the condo & bed set ups were ideal for us. The owner was very friendly & easy to work with. The whole vibe was positive. Thank you! We will be back!

Great spot

We stayed here for a long weekend in September. What a great spot! The view from the patio is wonderful. We sat there in the early morning and evening just listening to the waves. The condo is easily accessible on the 2nd floor, outside entrance. This one is second from the end so it is near the stairs for easy in and out (unloading and loading the car). Right by the stairs is an outside shower for rinsing feet when you get off the beach. Short easy walk to the beach. We loved that we could walk to some of the restaurants. Hooked was great. Will stay again if we have the opportunity to return to OCMD.

Great location, clean, well kept

Great stay! Location was perfect with view of the ocean. Well kept and clean. Parking spaces were convenient. I love that the shower liners were clean. Key code entry is very convenient. Only minor issues were the dryer was imbalanced causing a lot of noise/vibration and the sofa was a bit uncomfortable (seat cushions kept sliding). The pool was a nice plus but could use more frequent cleaning.

We didn't want to leave...

Quentin & Gloria's place was the perfect spot for an Ocean City weekend! Their place was super clean, the building was quiet and the large, beautiful beach was right out the door. We were totally impressed and it was totally affordable considering its location and size. Especially with a small kid, this place was perfect. My three year old daughter loved the swimming pool and the beach toys provided. My wife and I loved the huge second floor deck with great views to the ocean. We can't wait to come back here! Nice Condo, Nice Views, Good location

This 2BR/2Bath condo on 2nd Floor was as advertised. It is an older style unit that has an updated, well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. The unit is well maintained, comfortable and clean with a large balcony with a great ocean view. The beds were also very comfortable. It is just steps to a very nice beach (and the unheated pool). It also had some beach toys for kids and adults alike and board games for indoor amusement. The washer/dryer also came in very handy. It's walking distance to some good restaurants and ice cream/sweet shops.

We love this unit!!

We’ve stayed here twice now and will be staying here again next year. It’s a very clean unit with everything that we need. The location is great. It’s not exactly ocean front but it is. The view from the balcony is wonderful! It’s a very short walk to the beach. There’s a trundle bed in the one bedroom perfect for our little one. (Twin sized) washer/dryer work great. There’s a coffee pot and Kuerig. All the kitchen supplies you’ll need, even measuring cups. There are scissors which came in handy many times. There are binoculars and beach toys. You’ll be happy with this unit. It’s clean, comfortable and perfect for our family (me and my husband, 2 kids and my parents)

My husband and I fell in love with Ocean City years ago. My grandparents retired down to the Eastern Shore of Maryland when I was just 6 years old so I spent most every summer here. My husband and I got married on the beach in Ocean City many years ago. We purchased this property from my parents to continue the tradition of spending many summer nights watching the ocean waves.

The view just can't be beat from this property! Additionally, the location in mid-town was perfect for our family. It is close to stores and restaurants, has public transportation and plenty of parking. There is a pool below our balcony and only a walk across the dunes to the beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

THE VIEW!!!! This is a second floor unit with an elevator so it is convenient for all. It is a easy walk across the dunes to the beach, the property is easy to get to and from Ocean City's main road (Coastal Hwy.) and has plenty of parking both on the property and on 80th & 81st. 81st has wheel chair accessibility to the beach. There is a private pool on the property, donut & sandwich shops across the street. It is also within a 7 block walk to restaurants & carry outs, food stores, pharmacy, gas stations, department stores, hardware store, Redbox and convenience store etc.
