While youâll find yourself surrounded by precious original details, like paneled wainscoting and well-tread, cognac-hued floors, youâll find that contemporary furnishings and dĂ©cor have been carefully selected to make you feel at home, and the bathroom and kitchen are beautifully updated.
You'll enter through the far right front door leading into the eat-in kitchen, a bright, sunny space with an entire wall lined with windows that shed light over a center island/breakfast bar with stool seating for 6. Enjoy preparing at-home meals on the granite countertops, accented by a white subway tile backsplash, white cabinets, and chic modern light fixtures. A suite of full-size appliances stands ready to serve, including a refrigerator/freezer, range with cooktop and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Make free use of the blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils and chefâs knives. A bright corner bedroom on this level is cheered by windows on two walls and a French door leading to a sheltered porch with charming café chairs, where you can share a quiet cup of morning coffee with a loved one. ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest
~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking
We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
- There is another rental unit on the property. The interior space is completely private for you and your party to enjoy. You may however see another guest enjoying some of the outdoor amenities such as the hot tub.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
-Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!
