There were 7 of us and it accommodated all of our needs. It was quiet and close to many attractions. My only complaint is that the electricity in the living, dining room and kitchen went out along with the internet about an hour before we were supposed to check out. Would stay here again.

Cute house

I was skeptical to stay here after reading the other review- however, at no point did we feel unsafe or uncomfortable! It’s an older house that’s been remodeled and it’s adorable! The neighborhood was just fine and there was a nice family next door as well. Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Stay away from this one.

The pictures were very deceiving as the property was very old and very run down. It was in a horrible neighborhood that my wife did not feel safe staying in, so we did not. Also I booked this because it had a garage and we knew there was going to be weather. It did not say that you couldn't use the garage, and when I called the Denver Collective agent he even admitted it was wrong in the description, but refused to do anything about it. The second words out of his mouth were "you're not going to get a refund". This was our 10th VRBO booking and this is the first time this has happened. Too many people are now doing this with no regard to right and wrong. This may sadly be our last VRBO booking

"Warm, Inviting Stay in a Unique Home – Perfect for Families!"

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this home for five days while getting our vehicle serviced at VW, and we couldn’t have picked a better place! The location was perfect—VW was just a short drive away, and Stuart even made some great friends at B&B's Bunzy’s and Booze, a fantastic pizza bar nearby.One of the best things about this home is its unique layout—it’s not just a standard one-level house. It has depth and character, with an awesome suite in the basement and another above the garage, all seamlessly connected to the main home. This setup would be perfect for families or even an extended family gathering, offering both shared spaces and private retreats.Inside, the home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was spacious, and the gas stovetop and oven were the best we've used while traveling—we love cooking with gas, and this setup was a dream! The quality of the linens was excellent—some places we’ve stayed had sheets that irritated my skin or created that static spark, but these were soft and comfortable. The lounge area was also incredibly cozy, making it the perfect spot to relax.We happened to visit during one of the coldest days, and it was so nice to have a warm, welcoming space to stay in. The home’s energy was wonderful, and without a doubt, we would stay here again.Rachel from VRC provided excellent communication and assistance, making everything smooth from start to finish. If you're heading to Colorado Springs, we highly recommend this property—quiet neighborhood, inviting atmosphere, and a truly special home.
