Family Get Away

Check in was made simple and seamless. All residential details were more than attended to in all areas of the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and outdoor areas. We had a great carefree experience.

This was hands down the best VRBO stay our family has ever had! From the personalized touches to the food and activity recommendations, Bre was an incredible hostess! She could not have been more accommodating. The house is STUNNING and had everything we needed! The pups loved having a fenced in yard to run around in.

Great cozy pet-friendly spot

We loved the comfort of this home after staying for 5 nights at our 120 year old cabin in Eldora. We stayed two nights so we could visit Garden of the Gods and go whitewater rafting. Brie was so thoughtful in how she stocked the house and even surprised us with a lil treat. The soaking tub was especially appreciated after conquering the Manitou Incline. I liked how the master suite and bathroom were separated from the main level, so hubs and I could have a lil retreat. Thank you for such a lovely rental!

Great Place, well furnished comfortable and clean

We really loved the place. It has some of the great quirkiness of a converted older home with the comfort and cleanliness a new B&B. We had 3 generations of family with us and everyone loved it. Including the dog :)

Great Stay in the Springs for Hiking the Incline

Cute home. Nicely decorated. Very clean. No wall-to-wall carpeting (a plus for me!). Would definitely stay again.

Great Place!

The house is immaculate. It's an older home with modern updates and was perfect for our family when we visited Colorado Springs for activities at Colorado College. A lot of attention was given to small details including an adorable greeting "written" out on a Scrabble board! I would definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing. You can tell the host has put a lot of thought and love into planning every detail. From the kitchen to the bathroom, norhing was left out. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood. If I could give it more stars I would.

We did not stay at this property due to pipes breaking at the time of arrival due to freezing temps.... host was very helpful and met us at the property to inform us. Would have loved to stay at this property.

Excellent

We loved our stay. The home was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Brie was very sweet and communicative and even checked in on us by message. The home itself is beautiful and unique. The master is like its own little wing of the house away from the kids rooms which was nice. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. We did all the touristy things and I think the most we drove away from the house was 20-25 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this home!

Wonderful Little Getaway

The house was located near the concert venue we planned on going to. The smart tvs were very useful for nights where we would watch shows together. There was a bag of popcorn and some beverages left in the fridge with a sweet note. Overall a wonderful place with great ammenities.

Five stars all of the way!

Brie is probably the friendliest and most accommodating host I've experienced! There were so many welcoming touches from snacks in the refrigerator to complimentary bath salts! The master suite is to die for! I'd like to visit again to just stay in that suite for a few days and never leave! Thank you, Brie! We will be back :-)

Family trip

The house was cute and very clean. The owner pays attention to detail. The master is very large. The shower was nice, but it is wide open to the room so anyone walking into the bedroom will see you in the shower. There is air conditioning, but not central air, so the unit in the master was a bit noisy to fall asleep to. I appreciated that the master has a large TV as many rentals only put a TV in the common area. The owner did warn me about little bugs they had treated for. We saw them in the hallway bathroom bathtub and outside on the firepit cover and concrete patio. They were harmless, but they did stop us from sitting outside. The owner said they were going to treat for them again after we left. They do have a ring doorbell which I'm not a huge fan of.

Spacious and accommodating

Brie was quick to respond. Loved the welcome goodies in the fridge with a note. Very spacious layout, fit all 5 of us girls. Close to downtown and the Broadmoor World Arena. Nice to have tea available. We would have loved to check out the fire pit, much too cold this time of year. The master suite is beautiful. I would stay again

This was the best place we've stayed at so far. The house was clean and tidy, and the host was incredibly nice, welcoming us with small gifts. It was clear that a lot of thought went into the design of the space. For instance, having power strips in the bedrooms was a great touch for travelers. The kitchen was well-equipped with seasonings and everything needed for cooking, and there was even a book recommending the best places to eat in the city. I don’t know if it is a downside but one possible inconvenience is that the shower room in the biggest room didn't have a door. (lol) While this is fine for family trips, it might be a bit inconvenient for other groups due to the lack of privacy.

Moving our kid into Colorado College

Brie was great to communicate with. She provided a curated list of local restaurants, parks, etc. before we arrived. She also had sweet touches throughout her home like a fresh bouquet of flowers and snacks along with a personalized card welcoming us to Colorado Springs. The house was described accurately and was conveniently located to everywhere we needed to go. It was decorated well and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the items one would need to make delicious meals. The bathrooms had plenty of towels with little extras like cotton swabs, tissues, makeup remover wipes, and razors in case you forgot yours at home. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. The backyard was large and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thanks Brie!
