Welcome to "The Grange on Bentwood," an exceptional getaway that truly has it all!

The house boasts six spacious bedrooms, each adorned with large windows that immerse you in the beauty of nature. You'll find four luxurious king beds, two of which can be split into singles upon request, and four comfortable king single beds. Three of the bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms. What's more, the house is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring disability access and a specially equipped bathroom catering to elderly and handicapped guests.

With three living rooms, "The Grange on Bentwood" offers ample space for entertainment, ensuring there's something to suit everyone's preferences. Step just a few meters outside, and you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the shared community pool and the tennis court complete with lighting facilities. If you’re looking for a place that has it all then the cheerful holiday house is definitely the place to stay. It is secluded from main traffic which creates a nice private oasis. It is close to all the major wineries and the check in process was easy. Thank you so much!

Had some issues checking-in as the code wasn’t provided prior to our stay and had to contact the owner/host through a different platform to get the code. delightful ,plenty of room , good area. 1 complaint, BBQ was dirty , we cleaned it started cooking ran out of gas and second tank was empty, finished cooking in the oven. Kitchen very well equipped and excellent linen.

Fabulous property

I celebrated my 40th in the Hunter Valley with a group of mates. We loved our stay at this beautiful property, it was the perfect accommodation, very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Great for groups or families. Highly recommend!

Good base to explore the Hunter

We enjoyed our time here, the kids loved the pool and the kangaroos, while the adults got to visit a few wineries. Kitchen could have been a little better equiped and we were expecting two sofa beds not an air mattress but otherwise very clean, in a quiet neighbourhood.

This was an amazing stay. I am very impressed with the communication, it was absolutely flawless. Super impressed with the property and there was absolutely no false advertising. Fantastic stay

A beautiful home in a beautiful spot. Had everything we needed for a very large group. We spent hours on the tennis court and in the pool surrounded by bush, kangaroos, and bliss. Easy access to all the wineries. Could not fault it. Thank you!

The property has lots of space, with multiple areas to socialise both indoors and outdoors, which worked well for a large group.The communal pool could be described more clearly in the listing. The amenities section refers to both an “outdoor pool” and a “communal pool”, but there is only a communal pool.We were also surprised to find only two wine glasses provided, which felt odd given this is a wine region and the property accommodates up to 16 guests.On Christmas Day, the oven repeatedly tripped, and when we tried to call the host using the number in the welcome pack, the host wouldn’t take my call. We were instead prompted to submit queries via the app, after which the host contacted us by text. Overall, the Vrbo support experience felt quite poor.Prior to our stay, we experienced some personal emergencies that meant not all guests were able to travel. We contacted the host more than seven weeks in advance, but they were unwilling to offer any flexibility and directed us to Vrbo support, which felt impersonal and unhelpful.Despite these issues, we did enjoy the stay overall.

A group of us came away for my birthday. The layout of the house is grest, there is room for everyone. Loads of appliances. The most comfortable beds!! We all dlept so well. We’ll be back !

AMAZING!

We had the best time on this property! The place was big and accommodated all of us with plenty of room to spare. We were greeted with kangaroos each morning in the backyard. It was a great experience. Couldn't recommend this place enough if you are after the country side serenity vibe.

Great for a family reunion

We stayed in this house for four nights for a family reunion, and it was great. The house is is fairly new, with modern appliances, and well maintained. We could watch various animals grazing in the backyard most mornings (kangaroos, brushturkeys), which gave our reunion a nice vibe. I'd highly recommend this house for a Hunter Valley getaway if you have a large group.

Beautiful Property

The house was magnificent. Plenty of room for everyone. The added bonus of warm sunny weather meant we could use the pool and tennis court and spend most of the time in the outside seating area. I would say thought the outdoor area was uncleaned. The ground was dirty and so was the table and chairs. It didn’t spoil our time there, just thought the owners should be aware. It would also be good to have a biggger toaster, a 2 slice isn’t big enough for 16 people. Overall it was a super weekend.

Girls trip in the Hunter

Great property. Everything was clean and it’s a big house all on one level. Loved how it had 2 separate wings. One for the mums and one for the daughters. This meant we had our own space as well as the shared space in the middle. Only negatives was the WiFi wasn’t that great so Netflix wasn’t streaming that well. We had to hot spot from our phones. Also beds in room 2 and 5 were very uncomfortable. They need new mattresses or mattress toppers at the very least as you could feel the springs in your back.

It is perfect for family, friends and other groups gathering together and having a short break in the beautiful Hunter Valley. The house is located in the heart of Pokolbin, surrounded by many famous vineyards where you can enjoy beautiful views and wine tastings. With only a few minutes driving, you can access the Hunter Valley Garden and Villages, as well as those top class restaurants.
