The house was perfect for a family break, with the pool, to the local restaurants, there is no reason to leave this home. It's perfect to unwind and have a weekend and time away with families. The rooms are comfortable and the spaces limitless

This house was perfect for our few nights away with another family. We especially enjoyed the pool, air hockey table, bikes, pool table and the comfortable accommodation close to the many fun activities and great dining places. There were a few small maintenance issues. But overall a great place to stay.

Great stay

Perfect stay for our group of eight interstate visitors :) Great communication from property management, gorgeous accommodation with excellent cleanliness. When we weren't visiting wineries, we had plenty to do using the pool, pool table, air hockey table, gorgeous spacious lounge room, games cupboard etc. Also has a lovely view of the golf course.

Great weekend and very comfortable house and the beds were great. Everything catered for our family

Great property and large enough for us all. The kitchen and enormous table and chairs were so great for us all and the sitting room comfy. We enjoyed the barbecue one night and cooked on the oven and stove top the other night. Very quiet and clean and would recommend the house for a large group. Thank you

Hunter Valley Stay

Overall this house was really nice! I would strongly recommend staying here. The agent was great to deal with and very responsive. The house was clean and exactly as we expected. Everything was awesome, including the small touches including all the cooking utensils and bed linen.. it made the whole experience great. Thank you!

Perfect birthday getaway

This house was the perfect location to spend my 30th birthday weekend with my family and friends. Unfortunately the creek behind smells really bad at times that you can’t even be out in the pool area and the house did have quite a lot of German cockroaches and bugs/spiders around. Besides that we had an excellent stay. The house is very spacious and well maintained. Great location right in the heart of the Hunter also and we loved that we were able to use the hotel facilities too. Thankyou

Fab home for groups in the Hunter

Stayed at Chateau Caliza with 2 families of 4 and the grandparents and there was space galore for all of us! Loved the heated pool, pool table, outdoor setting, big 10 seater kitchen table and views out over the golf course. Great having 3 King size beds for all the couples. Photos of the property are just like being there. Location in Pokolbin is great - just down the road from Hunter Valley Gardens and General Store. Only note is bottom bunk is low in height, so better for kids under 5. This is our new go to model of holiday house for all extended family trips from now on. See you again for our next Hunter group trip!

Fantastic house for groups of families

The house is excellent for groups of families as there are many different spaces to hang out in. The bunk bed room upstairs with the TV was great for the younger kids.

The perfect house for a large family!

The house and location is beautiful! Large open plan living allowed our whole family to enjoy the weekend together playing pool, watching tv and eating in the large dining area! Would highly recommend this place and book here again!

Amazing property

The property was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Collecting the keys after 6pm was such an effortless experience and agent/property management delightful. Will definitely be returning.

Hunter Family Trip

What a Fab week away with the family. The house was awesome for 10 of us! We loved the location, swimming pool and pool table fabulous entertainment. Would have loved another shower downstairs for the kids/swimmers. Bunks are def for smaller kids, under 10. We loved loved loved the Chateau!!!

Great for families

Property was exactly as per photos, very comfortable and lots of great activities to keep the whole family entertained. Kids loved the heated pool and spent hours in it in the middle of winter.
