Great size property and beautiful beach views! We were very comfortable and loved that it had an in unit washer and dryer. All appliances are updated and we felt very comfortable staying here for 5 days.

Great location. 2 of the bedrooms were a little warm - the shades do not block out the sunlight. There were little tiny bugs all over the kitchen counter, but we did communicate that and they said they would take care of it. I am assuming that happened after we left. Beach access is very easy and convenient.

Perfect place to stay, 11th floor beach-ocean view was Amazing. This was a perfect place for our group. I think the furniture could be a little newer, the chairs were comfortable, but seemed stained, they used covers to cover it up. Overall this was one of the best places we have stayed coming here so far. Loved the view from the 11th floor balcony. Very comfortable.

Island Escape

Clean, beautifully decorated, spacious property that was well stocked with kitchen supplies. View from the large private balcony is priceless! Wonderful place to stay with family and friends.

The condo had plenty of space for the six of us, it was clean and fit our needs. The view is amazing! The only thing I would suggest, they update the upholstery on the furniture.

My family had a great time staying at the Inverness. We also enjoyed the great food and drinks at local restaurants. The Inverness was clean and had a beautiful view of the gulf. We will definitely be returning to this rental.

Beautiful

My family and I stayed at the IV 1104 and had an excellent time. The condo was clean, and perfectly suited for us. After arrival, a couple of concerns popped up on our first day and maintenance came within a very reasonable amount of time to fix the problems. We would happily stay here again, and recommend anyone looking for a good time to stay here too. Thank you.
