Hale Kamaole 318 Third floor condo, easy access to best beach on Maui!

Hale Kamaole #318 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath partial ocean view unit on the third floor. It boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, free Wifi, and phone service with long distance calling to the US mainland and Canada. There are ceiling fans throughout, as well as A/C in the living room and both bedrooms. The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed with pillow top mattress pad and high thread count sheets, room unit A/C, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, alarm clock, carpet sweeper, and full bathroom. The guest bedroom downstairs also has a king bed with pillow top mattress pad, room unit A/C, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, alarm clock, and full bathroom. There is a sofa in the living room, along with a recliner and love seat, A/C, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. For outdoor activities, unit #318 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and sand toys. Sleeps 4.

Recreational amenities at the condo include an outdoor tennis court, BBQ areas, and outdoor pools.

Kamaole Beach #3 is just across the street from Hale Kamaole. This beach is one of the best beaches in the world. Whale watch, snorkel, walk the beach and witness the most amazing sunsets imaginable. Hale Kamaole features two pool areas, charcoal grills and tennis courts. It is located in South Kihei and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and is a short drive to the Shops at Wailea and the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Perfect landing pad for our week on Maui

We would recommend this property for your next visit. Everything was clean and functional and as described. The loft bedroom is a full bedroom with a door, not a half wall. Higher end appliances, 3 TVs, plush carpeting upstairs, nice patio furniture, 2 cozy recliners and a comfy couch in the living room, spices/ coffee/ tea stocked, across the street from the water, charcoal and propane grills, grounds and pools are well maintained. Extra blankets and pillows. Laundry detergent provided. Easy check-in at the office (which is on site). We’ll be back:)

We particularly loved the two recliners! I enjoyed the location to the beach and the amount of beach supplies in the unit. The rooms stayed cool with the AC but the fans did not produce much wind power during the day. HK is always a favorite place of ours- from rooms to property, we will be returning!

The was very clean, with two nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and came with all the necessary supplies. The view from the lanai was great with a lovely view of the ocean as well as one of the pools. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, coolers, and boogie board. The Kamaole beach right across the street was so convenient and great for boogie boarding. The location of the condo is so close to other beaches, restaurants, and shops. It was an awesome home base for exploring the rest of the island.We found it very relaxing and the entire complex was perfect.During our stay, the Maui fires broke out. We are devastated for the people of Lahaina and Maui. We were grateful to be in a condo in Kihei.Thank you for providing a safe space and we would love to return when Maui is ready for visitors again.

Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms and kitchen with working appliances and all the kitchen equipment you could need.Half of the stored boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas were broken but I imagine this is because the owner was never informed so we told the front desk. This didn't impact us since there was enough equipment for a family of 5.

Reviewer Comments: the stay itself was good. there was a fan that was not working but overall, everything worked well. there was plenty of amenities. the only terrible part, which i wish i had known prior, is they did construction both on site and in front of our stay which made travel difficult. roads were closed directly on front of the location requiring us to make several detours making a quick 1 mile 5 minute drive, much longer and more inconvenient, and with kids, it wasn't fun. other than that, the amenities themselves were good, plenty of toys for our kids, plenty of utensils to cook, and overall very comfortable.
