While we’re glad you found the central location convenient and within walking distance to town, we regret that the specific positioning of the unit and the associated noise impacted your stay. We understand how important a peaceful environment is, and we will certainly take your comments regarding Building 3 and the surrounding areas into consideration. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the limited kitchen utensils and cookware. The unit should be properly stocked, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Additionally, we are sorry to hear that the linens and towel supply did not meet your comfort expectations.
