Brand New Unit!! Just Listed!! Welcome to the best of Maui Vista, #3422! This beautifully remodeled condo is ready for your next Maui getaway! This 2 bedroom 2 full bath, beach chic condo is located on the top floor with elevator access, and is also a corner unit, that allows extra windows to take advantage of the natural light. The condo offers lovely ocean views from its spacious lanai and living area and is well appointed and stocked for anything you may need on vacation.

The fully stocked and gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, imported cabinetry, all sure to satisfy the chef in you. The floor plan is open and inviting with its contemporary design, quintessential Maui at its best. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience!

The master bedroom is on the main level and is equipped with a king bed, while the second bedroom is in the loft upstairs and is equipped with 2 twin XL beds, The living space has a queen size sleeper sofa couch. This is a children-friendly unit, and is stocked with a Pack-N-Play Crib for your baby's comfort. We also offer beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a cooler for our guests, so you are beach ready at any time!

The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on-site swimming pools, one for each building as well as 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, and 3 sets gas grills for your use.

The Maui Vista Complex is located directly across the street from Charlie Young Beach voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Connected to Charlie Young Beach is the famous Kamaole Beaches #1 and #2 just a little further down, so you can enjoy miles of sandy beach. Walking, snorkeling, surfing, boogie boarding and stand-up paddle boarding are just a few of the many activities enjoyed on these beaches. Lifeguards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms are available at all three of the Kamaole Beaches.

When not at the beach, take advantage of the many restaurants, shops and activities that are also just steps away!

Perfect for our Family

Great location, had everything we needed. The unit was a good size for our family of 5. The a/c units worked well. Washer and dryer are showing their age, but this feature was wonderful to have. We enjoyed the location and unit.

First time in Maui

Great location. Condo was in walking distance to the beaches, food, and coffee. About 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. Really appreciate the beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella that was provided. Would stay here again when we come back.

Nice Maui Condo

Nice, clean condo with beach chairs, towels and gear available to use. Very quiet complex, plenty of parking and close to stores and restaurants. Property manager is very responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect place to stay in Maui.

The condo is very clean and well stocked to get your vacation started. The location is perfect. It is a short walk to Kihei and the beach. The place has all you need to go to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. The agent was friendly and responsive. The kitchen was clean and the coffee pot is new. I would stay there again.

A very quick walk to the beach!

With just a quick walk across the street you are at a beach! The extras in this place like a cooler, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc was really convenient. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious and we enjpyed our stay. The only drawback was that the washer/dryer were a bit small and inefficient for a family of five, but we stayed here right in the middle of our vacation when we had the most laundry. This location was very convenient to drive around Maui and we had a great time here!

Happy with our choice

After staying in many of the Maui Vista properties, this one was one of the better ones. Pros: the beds, showers, professional arrival communication and quiet location. Cons: pretty outdated smart TV, if that matters to you.

Great unit!

We've stayed in a few units and this one is very good. Great sleeping arrangements, very good AC in both rooms. Pretty good view as well with comfortable chairs on the lanai. Kitchen has everything you need. The utensils are all actually there and the knives are sharp! Lots of chairs and beach accessories as well. Thank you!

Cozy and colorful.

The decor was very nice. cozy. The pillows on the beds need replaced. The bathroom doors were dirty. The closet runners were full of dirt. There were a bit of ants on counter when we first got there. All in all, the rest was good.

The sofa bed mattress was a comfortable foam bed but the springs were a little creaky. The kitchen was very good. Clean and good pots, pans and utensils. The bathrooms were good with a tub upstairs. There are a couple of minor things that need improving which the property manager has committed to do.

Nice Unit in Great Location

We love this part of Maui for its proximity to Charley Young and other great beaches. The Maui Vista condo complex is quite pleasant. We used both the tennis courts and pool. The unit has air conditioning and a lot of beach amenities. The only reason we did not give the unit five stars is that both the freezer and dishwasher were not functioning properly while we were there. The property manager was very prompt in fixing the dishwasher and we saw that there were parts ordered to fix the leaky ice maker, so future guests should not be concerned about these issues. Overall we had a lovely stay.
