This spectacular TOP floor unit features Split System air conditioning which allows for individual climate control in each room. The A/C accommodates year-round enjoyment of the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, completely accessorized and newly remodeled bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner has recently decorated the unit in a Hawaiian Tropical theme which lends itself to complete enjoyment inside along with the beautifully landscaped complex grounds outside. All unit appliances are new and feature every convenience. This condo includes an in unit extra large stackable washer/dryer for all your laundry needs. Above all else, this unit allows for complete enjoyment of both beautiful views and sounds of ocean waves throughout your stay.
This unit is on the top floor in the building that is accessed easily by stairs or elevator. Vacationers will enjoy the closest walk to nearby Charlie Young and Kamaole beaches for swimming, snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, surfing and beach walking. Unit provides Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels with a cooler that will complement your beach experience. Unique to this unit are two side by side parking places which easily can accommodate a full-size utility vehicle or two compact size vehicles. There really isn’t a need for a guest to book two vehicles as most everything imaginable is within walking distance, including grocery, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Central to the South Kihei area, this unit is also a short drive to Wailea and international renowned golf courses.
The en-suite master bedroom and bathroom provide a gorgeous tiled glass walk in shower with built in craftsman maple wood closet organizers. The second bedroom suite embraces an ocean view and also includes a tiled tub/shower combination. The complex provides guests a swimming pool, hot tub and gas BBQ picnic area with several grills.
This unit is a non-smoking unit. No smoking allowed in the unit or on Lanai. However, there are 2 designated smoking areas.

Our host was extremely attentive and made it easy to check in and out. The helpful notes around the condo made it easy to operate everything. A big plus are the provided beach chairs and unbrella. It seems they have provided everything we could possibly want including coolers and a flashlight to take if you want to go see sunset on the beach across the street.

Nice, quiet place in good location

We really enjoyed Kihei and the property was well located to walk to beaches and restaurants, and take day trips to whale-watch, snorkel, and visit Haleakala and more. It was easy to check in and out, good parking, Though on a main street we could sleep quietly and felt at home during our stay.

Spent a couple of weeks in Kihei. The vrbo was great. Clean and well stocked with all of the necessities. A short walk to the beach and many nearby restaurants. Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay.

Home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The description listed was accurate, parking was a breeze and close to the unit, and the unit had everything we needed for our stay. Owner was very prompt to answering my questions. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kihei.

Sunset from the lanai

Great location ,easy parking ,great communication. Centrally located in Kihei town easy walk to all local beaches, restaurants and Foodland. Super friendly and responsive owner that lives on the Maui (support local) . One for few places we have stayed were the living room couch/futon was not worn-out or uncomfortable after a few hrs of use.

Perfect in Paradise

This condo was just what we imagined for our trip to Maui. The pictures are accurate, the condo was very clean and well stocked, and the location is excellent. Lisa was more than helpful with questions/suggestions. We hope to visit again soon and we will definitly try to stay here again!

Clean and Comfortable in Kihei!

Lisa was very responsive to all of our questions and so helpful! So organized - everything was labelled and she had absolutely everything you could possibly need on your vacation! Also - such a bonus was two parking spaces and a lovely welcome basket with chocolate and snacks! The topper was her parents offering to transport my Mom (can not walk far distances) down to the car when we departed. Highly recommend staying here when in Maui!

Will stay here again!

From check-in to check-out our stay at Lisa’s condo was wonderful. This third floor condo had everything you could want for a stay on Maui. The place was impeccably clean. Lisa is a helpful communicator so check-in and check-out were a breeze. Air-conditioning worked well in all rooms. Beds were comfortable. The parking stall was close to the unit. And Charley Young beach is literally 100 steps away! All in all a great base from which to explore Maui.

Stay in Kihei Condo

Condo was clean and had everything we needed and then some. Nice touch to have a cooler we could use for our daily adventures. We had a repair issue and it was taken care of immediately. The bedroom facing the sun in the afternoons got very hot! The A/C did not cool down at night to a comfortable temp after being off all day.

A wonderful place

Lisa’s VRBO is a wonderful place to stay. She stayed in communication with me from the moment I booked until checkout. The kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen appliance you could possibly need to cook with, plus condiments and other supplies. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, sunscreen, and lip balm were provided. All of the necessary items you would expect to see at a hotel were also there like shampoo, body wash, etc. She left several local snacks for us to enjoy in a welcome basket along with a detailed guidebook to follow with check in/out instructions. We had a few hiccups outside of anyone’s control but Lisa was on top of everything and always communicated with us - the apartment complex decided to shut down the pool for construction after we booked - Lisa offered suggests and ideas for alternatives, plus the beach is right across the street which is where we preferred to be at anyways. Also a water line broke in the complex just prior to us checking in - Lisa made sure we had bottled water and everything we needed for the short time the water was off for repairs. Overall, not a large inconvenience and didn’t really impact our trip. The location is great, it’s nearby many local restaurants and is close enough to everything we wanted to see. Lisa has several guide books that you can reference in the condo. This was a wonderful location for us to stay and I would absolutely recommend you consider booking this place for your trip!
