Vous êtes au dernier étage d'un immeuble "A" souhaitable avec vue sur l'océan et la montagne ... A PROXIMITÉ DE L'OCÉAN, VOUS POUVEZ ENTENDRE LES VAGUES! Style insulaire décoré avec des tapas hawaïennes traditionnelles et des meubles tropicaux ... vous vous sentirez vraiment à Hawaï. Nous voulons que vous tombiez amoureux de Maui, comme nous l'avons fait, et espérons que notre condo vous donnera tout le confort de la maison!

Regardez les levers et couchers de soleil depuis votre véranda. Par temps clair, voir l'observatoire Haleakala sur la montagne Haleakala depuis la véranda. VOUS ÊTES SI PROCHE DE L'OCEAN QUE VOUS POUVEZ ENTENDRE LES VAGUES!

Lit queen size dans la chambre principale AVEC A / C CENTRALE, 2 lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre A / C AVEC COMMANDE CLIMATIQUE SÉPARÉE). Cuisine entièrement équipée avec laveuse et sécheuse.

Pas besoin de louer une voiture, bien qu'il y ait 2 places de parking (244 et 25). La plage de Charley Young et Kam 1 est juste de l'autre côté de la rue pour se détendre et profiter de l'océan ou apprendre à faire du paddleboard, du kayak ou du surf à The Cove, à 5 minutes à pied dans la rue. Marchez jusqu'au Triangle avec des restaurants incroyables et un supermarché. Gardez la location de voiture pour une excursion d'une journée à Hana, l'arrêt de bus public est juste en bas de la rue.

Profitez de la plage en traversant la rue. Serviettes de plage, planches de bodyboard et chaises de plage à votre disposition. Barbecue, piscine étincelante, bain à remous tous disponibles sur place!

Le condo est propre à votre arrivée et il est à nouveau nettoyé à votre départ.

Wonderful!

Great resort with spacious kitchen, den, BRs and baths. The pool area was very good with lazy river and multiple pools to enjoy as well as pool with sand beach and water slides for kids.

Very clean and handy condo

What a lovely stay we had at Pam's condo! Everything went without a hitch. Check-in was easy, and checkout instructions were clear. The place was immaculate and everything worked. It was a very comfortable stay. A lot of things are within walking distance (beach, shops, restaurants) if you don't want to use the car. The elevator was handy. The only thing we missed was the pool - we ran out of time to try it out (spent the bulk of our stay either visiting or at the beach)!

This place did not disappoint. As a matter of fact it exceeded our expectations.

We would definitely stay at this place again. It was roomy and had a view of the beach. It was a 4-5 min walk to the beach. We found out during the trip the the beaches by us were one of the best. The place had everything we needed for our comfort. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment, boogie boards and an ice cooler. The owner Pam responded promptly to our inquiries and was a pleasure to deal with. Our only regret is that we had to leave this piece of heaven. We recommend this place highly and look forward to returning.

Nice location

Once we figured thing out, we enjoyed our stay. Would be nice if the notebook contained info on wifi, streaming TV, use of washer/dryer, air. 3 women over 60 may need a little more info. Sad we missed Super Bowl and Olympics because there was no regular TV channels, only streaming.

Great location, easy access, comfortable accommodations

This condo is small but comfortable (although beds are a little soft in the middle). Each room has separate air conditioner, although they are on timers so cooling can go off in the middle of the night...LOL! Great location across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops and bus line. All the amenities of home plus they provided beach towels and chairs! Would stay there again.

Highly recommend

Home, location and home owner communication were great. The condo had all the amenities to make the weeklong stay feel like home. The added bonus was we were in walking distance of the best, kid friendly beach in Maui and a wide range of restaurants.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here and love it more each time.

From the location to the condo and everything in between this is the perfect place to stay. Although each time we stay here it does make it harder to go home.

Perfect for a family of four!

For first time visitors to Hawaii, this was the perfect place to rest our heads! Kihei is a great, sunny beach town, and Pacific Shores Unit 403 was located in the perfect spot: up high enough for amazing views of the ocean, mountains, birds and almost directly across the street from the most delightful beach. Two bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone some breathing space, the kitchen was great for the occasional evening that no one felt like going out, and the cross-ventilation and ceiling fans meant that we didn't need air conditioning at all in late March. On top of all this, Pam and crew keep this place spotless and supplied us mainlanders with all the tools we would need for a great beach experience (except for sunscreen. Bring lots of sunscreen!!). Our only quibbles were things that the owners can't control: these buildings are aging. The pipes squeaked, and the elevator lurched. We could deal with that since Charlie Young Beach is so near, and we honestly walked almost everywhere. Thank you to Pam and family for sharing their home with all of us!

We have stayed in 403 a few times in the past.The location is great and the unit is adequate.

We did find this time that the washer is hard to load and unload with the way that the door opens.Also climbing steps to set the dryer going is odd. Loading the fridge is also tight as the door can not be fully opened.

Perfect location

Awesome condo

We had everything we could possibly need except for a good bed. Both beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets did not stay on. New beds and sheets would make this condo perfect.

We had a wonderful stay. Kihei is the perfect balance of beach and convenience to restaurants and stores. We love the condo experience so much better than a resort experience. What Ales You for craft beer and wines, just down the road and beaches right across the street. Good hospitality all around.

PERFECT PIECE OF PARADISE with amazing hospitality

This is the PERFECT PLACE to stay in Maui. My wife and 2 young daughters stayed here for a week. Pam and Cindy responded promptly to all questions. Pam had setup a pack-n-play and a high-chair for us! We had flight issues so arrived in the middle of the night. Pam was so amazing and even got us a started package including snacks, pineapple and even breakfast items for us and the kids. She even got gifts for our daughters - they were so excited! The place is immaculate - clear, homely, and spacious. 2 bedrooms was perfect with the kids and so nice to have a kitchen. Everything you could imagine needing on a Hawaii vacation is provided including beach chairs, coolers, boogie board, snorkel, fins, sand toys. They even had a Hawaiian dress and shirt! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Condo is perfectly situated in Kihei. There is a pool on property which is great for the kids. You can walk easily to the most amazing beaches, restaurants, bars, stores. And Kihei is centrally located to everything! Could not recommend this place more highly! Thanks for the amazing hospitality and vacation!

Very clean & inviting.

Due the picture on the crib site, I was under the impression that it was right on the beach, even tho the beach was right across the street. Easy to get in & out and conveniently located to stores & eateries.

Great Condo and great price

This was a wonderful place. We could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. There were beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear there for us to use. The price was lower than what we could of got a hotel room for. It was clean and just what we needed. We had a great stay and one of the reasons was this condo being perfect for our trip.

Very nice, comfortable , convenient, and great location

We never used the pool -- but the proximity to the beach is excellent. Great location w/many good food options nearby (and Foodland grocery store). Comfy rooms/nice bathrooms. A/C "timers" were rather inconvenient, as we came home to a very hot apt. numerous times after being out and about. Would prefer an option to reduce the a/c back to a reasonably conservative level rather than have to re-cool the entire place all over again. Great place -- would likely return.

Paradise

Pam, the property manager is the best. We stayed here for 2 months and just relaxed. The condo is nicely stocked with spices and extra condiments as well. The bathroom is also well stocked with all your bathroom needs as well The view from our balcony is amazing. We can even see whales out and about The closet is well stocked with any thing you need for the beach. Bring your camera down to catch the turtles on the beach Thank you again Pam for making our stay wonderful Mahalo!

Our amazing daughter moved to Maui 8 years ago and works on the island as a massage therapist. Our trips to visit her have motivated us to retire to the beautiful island of Maui. We find the people on the island laid back, friendly and accepting. Our trips are always so relaxing and rejuvenating! We love the simple life here!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Pacific Shores is a reputable condo complex that is clean and well maintained. The ease of walking just across the street to the beach, along with the proximity of wonderful and affordable restaurants or a quick trip to the farmer's market or supermarkets makes it very easy to live here. We have found living near a public bus stop eliminates the expense of renting a car when we visit. We simply hop on the public bus to go anywhere! Saves $ and the environment! It rarely rains in Kihei so you don't have to worry about the weather disrupting your vacation plans!

We think that the views are amazing and being on the top floor means your stay is quieter and more peaceful. Aside from the natural beauty of the island you can see from the Lanai, we have chosen quality décor that adds to the island feel, meaning your stay is uniquely and authentically Hawaiian, not just another cookie cutter condo.
