Salt air, sunlight and soft sand are waiting for you just steps from the luxury ocean front condo in Falmouth Heights. Located at 286 Grand Avenue this 4 BED 2.5 BATH unit has a private deck overlooking the water. A two floor condo located on the second floor there is elevator access from the parking garage/beach. This unit features an ensuite master bedroom with a queen bed, a guest room with a queen bed, a guest room with a king bed (this bedroom is in an open, lofted space, does not afford privacy and is recommend for occasional guests) and another guest room with a queen bed. Included in the rental are two reserved parking spaces in the underground parking garage beneath the building. Outside you will find the property's private beach and an outdoor shower to rinse off after enjoying the warm Vineyard Sound water. Unit has central AC, cable TV in the living room and Smart TV's in the rest of the unit. Located in the building there is a fabulous full service restaurant serving dinner nightly with both indoor and outdoor seating. Enjoy an oceanfront meal without having to leave the property!
7 night minimum, Sat. to Sat during the peak season. Shorter stays available the rest of the year. All linens and towels are included. No pets, please. No smoking in the unit. Prices subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a conveniently located place to stay right on the water & this unit did not disappoint! It was clean, spacious & had most things we needed. With the different sleeping options & 2&1/2 baths, the 5 of us were more than happy. The oceanfront deck was a great place to sit, listen to the waves & relax. We loved that The Wharf restaurant was in the same building & Shipwrecked was across the street, making it very convenient to grab food if we were hungry. The condo is located close to Falmouth & the ferries to Martha’s Vineyard. And only an hour drive up to Hyannis & the fast ferry to Nantucket. We enjoyed diving all over the Cape & exploring Provincetown, Chatham, Hyannis, Falmouth, Woods Hole, many of the beautiful beaches & several historic lighthouses. We loved our stay & would enjoy coming back soon. (A few things we noticed: no washcloths or hot pads were provided?, the bottoms of the dining chairs need new pads to prevent further scratches to the floor, the lower right corner of the dishwasher door is severely bent & prevents the door from opening all the way, two glasses were cracked/chipped & not safe to use.)

Great experience!

I loved this condo/townhouse. All but one bedroom had a beautiful ocean view. The unit was immaculately clean, was nicely furnished and was supplied just as promised. There were only 2 issues that came up. There was, very often, someone parked in the second parking spot that was assigned to me. Granted I only used one spot but by someone else using a spot which I had paid for, left me continually with the spot that I had to fight to get into. There were always valet parked cars behind the parking spots and with a wall and large cement post, it made it difficult to get into the spot I had paid to have. Other thing was that I think that the shower could have used some sort of bar or something to hold onto if needed. There was nothing. So if you were starting to lose your balance, you had nothing but wet tile to try to help you. Other than those two minor things, everything was perfect and I would recommend this unit as a wonderful vacation retreat. Dealing with Adam was a wonderful experience as well. He was there to answer any questions I had and he took care of all the arrangements so all I had to do was sign on the dotted line. My only major complaint was that my week went by way too fast.

Great time, great location on the beach. Plenty of room for all of our family.

Renting the property was easy. Adam Marks was great to deal with and answered all our questions quickly. Had a great week with out family, would definitely stay here again next year. Great location and the condo had everything we needed.

Wonderful get a way by the ocean

Beautiful accommodations Fabulous location! Right on the beach! Shopping of every kind and is so close. You can walk to The black dog, shipwrecked and even the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard Communication with host was timely and excellent. Loved it!

Wonderful experience

We have rented homes/apartments across the globe but never rented one on the Cape even though we are from CT - reason being that overseas vacations generally tend to offer a lot of culture and history (thousands of years), etc. However, COVID made most of us stay closer to home. Given that we had never done this before, I wanted a place that was right ON THE WATER and this condo fits the bill perfectly. Our family of seven people stayed here for a week and, aside from the cost, I must impress that it was a wonderful experience we would want to try again. As for price, I guess it is similar to most other homes in the area especially if you are factoring in the location, cleanliness, amenities and most importantly, proximity to the beach which I don't think gets any better.

Sorry to leave after one week!

Loved staying at this property! The location is superb for swimming fans. It's so convenient with it's location and amenities. We used the hose to wash down feet and chairs and took an easy elevator directly to our unit door. It feels like a very safe area. People all around were friendly and the private beach was raked every morning around 5 AM. Very little seaweed the week we stayed, clear water with varied waves and calm conditions. Bring water shoes to cross the 2 feet of rocks but then hard packed soft sand. Floats were extra fun to have and kites too as there is an easy shore breeze available. The unit is very sound proof even though it's situated near a restaurant. The ceilings are high and the airy space is very well decorated. The fabrics and upholstery are new condition and very appealing. We loved how huge the foyer was as it was very functional for our line of beach bags that stayed separated from our living space. It was easy to control the sand. We loved the spaceous decks and spent many hours watching the boats and sea activities happening around us. Yet above it all with peaceful space for napping and reading. The kitchen was easy to maneuver around with plenty of cupboard space and exceptionally easy to use appliances. The refrigerator was super large and easy! Gas stove which is so fun to cook on. The central AC works great in this unit! Even on the super hot days in August it was a reliable, cool retreat. Ceiling fans were much appreciated enhancement. The beds are super comfortable and clean/ new.!!! The king bed in the loft required earplugs and eye shields by this sleeper but then they had the biggest king bed as a trade off so that is a smart decision. The TV is a huge modern, flat screen and easy to create a family movie night in the spacious room. Sometimes you get what you pay for and this vacation was more expensive than we budget typically but well worth it for all of us. We stayed with seven adults. And we were very sad to leave!
