âąOur resort is located within Sea Pines, which requires a $9 USD entrance fee to access the community.
âąLobby Hours are Sunday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
âąAfter Lobby Hours, Owners and guests should utilize the following check-in procedure:
âąOwners and guests should use the phone located on Marriott`s Heritage Club`s front porch to reach the front desk at Marriott`s Heritage Club`s front desk at 843-363-3040.
Keys and arrival materials will then be delivered by the Manager on Duty.
âąOn-site parking is $25 daily per car, with no parking fee for owners, exchangers and marketing packages.
âąOnly two (2) cars per villa.
âąRVs, Trailers, motorcycles, and commercial/company vehicles are not permitted in Sea Pines.
Durable Medical Equipment
If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They`ll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.

From I-95 take exit 8, continue on Hwy 278 (approx. 30mins). Once over the HHI bridge, go approx. 4 miles to the Cross Island Expressway. Follow expressway onto Palmetto Bay Rd. Proceed 1 mile. Move to right lane, take first right onto Greenwood Dr. At Sea Pines gate. Make right onto Plantation Drive. Turn right onto Lighthouse Rd. Turn left on Lighthouse Lane, 3/4 mile on right
