Great stay

Enjoyed our stay with easy access to all the local areas. Convenient parking and quick entry into the building. Property was exactly as advertised. It is a downtown location with normal city sounds. Will definitely be back.

Great experience

This is a studio apartment. It is very compact, but comfortable for two people and a dog (ours is a smaller dog). The apartment is well equipped with most things you would need. Easy walking to most things or right on the free trolley line. There are restaurants/bars on both ends of the block, expect normal noises from those areas. Additionally, this is a downtown apartment and city noise is normal. There is a park 1/2 block away with a dog park and children's area. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Parking is in close proximity and had no issues with security.

Great stay

Overall it was a wonderful stay, great vicinity to restaurants and bars. The only reason for a 4 is that the parking area can be sketchy, and you have to be mindful of your surroundings. If you can find street parking, in front of the unit, it will make it so much easier. But overall, the unit was very clean, and there is so much to do around this location.

Great studio apartment close to everything!

We had a great stay! The apartment had everything we needed and the check in process was super easy. The property manager texted us before arrival to tell us the details on how to get in the building and where to park. It was so close to everything that we didn't move our car all weekend!

Convenient and comfortable

Walking distance and bars, restaurants & other attractions. We appreciated the free, off street parking. There was “street noise” but it did not interfere with sleep. There is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. We felt very safe and secure in the apartment as well as on the streets.

Amazing Stay

We booked to have a spur of the moment getaway. This place did not disappoint! Everything we did was within walking distance. We loved being able to bring our dogs along for the fun too. The park was just a block away for us to take them on walks and that made it even better. The owners were VERY responsive and willing to help answer questions. Parking was included which was a MAJOR plus. However, I’d advise you to park out front to unload your car/bags first, then park in the lot around back. For it to be a studio, it was more than enough room and had EVERYTHING we needed. Overall, we’d love to visit the OTR area again and hope to book this place!!

Over the Rhine stay

Place was great, very clean and close to everything. Taste of Belgium was right below us and was great food. Only thing that some people might not like is the parking. It’s behind the building so you have to walk all the way around the building and at night that might be a little scary. But overall great place👌👌

Fun weekend

My wife and I were in town for a concert on Saturday night and decided to make a weekend of it. The property is in a great location with restaurants, bars, the Findlay Market, and theaters all within walking distance. After parking our car on Friday, we never had to drive again until we left. The apartment itself was very clean, very well presented, and perfectly comfortable for us.

Home away from home

The little apartment was just enough for what we needed. Very clean and very well presented. I appreciated the security with getting into the building and also the apartment, without that I would have been hesitant to stay there. The only negative thing I have to say is if your not a heavy sleeper you will probably get no sleep if your staying there over a weekend. You can hear everything outside and people are going at crazy hours.

Incredible loft in the perfect location!

This Over-the-Rhine unit was just perfect! Check-in was seamless and the place was spotless. While some people may not like a murphy bed, I loved it...the most comfortable mattress I've slept on in a long time :) The decor and detail to small touches made the unit very inviting. And the location! Just steps from Vine Street, you have access to more restaurants, boutiques and bars than you could possibly visit. Another great feature of this unit is that you can grab the free shuttle around town just across the street. Really can't say enough great things about this unit and cannot wait to visit again.

Great for a weekend getaway!

My significant other, me and our pup stayed here for a quick weekend getaway to explore the city. It was very clean and loved that our 5 year old pup was able to accompany us to some places too! This location was close to a pickup spot for the connector which made exploring the city very easy for us & our wallets since they connector is free! There are lots of bars & restaurants in walking distance from here too so great location just be aware of surroundings at night of course. The room was perfect with complementary coffee, my only suggestion would be to bring an iron as the room didn’t seem to have one but the WiFi, TV, coffee maker and everything worked great!! We would be happy to stay here again should we make our way back to cinci!!

Awesome location! We had a great weekend in Cincinnati, able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Studio clean & as advertised with all we needed. We appreciated the extras too like k-cups & creamer.
