Welcome to Aqua Falls and relax in your private oasis. Situated across the street from the beach, this beautiful home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps up to six guests. A stunning bright white kitchen offers plenty of prep space and has stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. An open floor plan allows for light to flow throughout the main living areas. On the main floor guests will find the primary bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom with a full bed. There are two bathrooms and a washer and dryer on this level. Upstairs there is a loft space with a full bed. Head outside to the private oasis where a lagoon style pool with water feature and tiki hut awaits. Complete with a grill, outdoor dining table, and plenty of loungers, this space will make you want to never leave. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Ft Myers Getaway

Just a quick trip for my wife and all. Overall it was a nice, stay but there were some disappointments. There is absolutely nothing provided, no salt, pepper, coffee pods, laundry detergent, shampoo/body wash, etc. The property is also in need of some exterior updates; The front door is rusty, the decking needs paint, the outdoor furniture is old and mismatched, the gazebo has a hole in the roof. There is also a town hall going in next door so expect traffic and people in the parking lot next door. Lastly the two guest bedrooms would be fine for children but are too small to for an adult.

When we got there my husband noticed the pool filter wasn’t working. We called and they had a maintenance guy come but the pool was never properly fixed and turned green. We never got to use the pool for our entire vacation. A vacation in FL without a pool was not ideal. Multiple chairs around deck were completely rusted out. The garbage disposal sounded like it had glass in it and there were bugs crawling all around the kitchen sink. The ceiling fans were dirty. They only provided two garbage bags. I normally would not complain about allll these things but not having a pool really really sucked.

Aqua Falls hit the mark

This was a great stay! We definitely spent the most time at the pool and backyard, grilling a few times and enjoying the short walk to the beach to catch the sunset. Ft Myers is rebuilding so there wasn’t much to walk to so we ubered down to the main area near the harbor and marinas. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops there. It was a great family getaway.

Great place, location not ideal

The property itself was great. The proximity to restaurants on the island was not. We tried to go to dinner one evening and it was going to take 2 hours to go 5 miles! Be aware of lack of availability of dining near the property, especially during peak times.

Great Location; House Needs Some Love

Just back from a three-week stay at Aqua Falls. The house is in a great location, with a beautiful, wide beach across the street -- and no high rises. Despite the construction going on around us, as the area is still coming back from Hurricane Ian, we truly enjoyed the convenience to the beach. As for the house, it could really use some love. The LR furniture is very worn and the outside furniture is rusted (with a few broken chairs). There's only one useable closet (in the main BR, though we had to buy hangers) and little-to-no bureau space in either of the other bedrooms. Both bathrooms are in good shape and the kitchen has been updated. However, the kitchen is the least equipped I've ever experienced in my many years of renting. There are no drinking glasses (only a few black, well-used plastic cups); no cutting knives or cutting board; no baking pans (minus the rusty one that we didn't feel comfortable using, along with a rusty pizza pan); only one kitchen towel; and one tablespoon. We had to buy glasses. The beach chairs were rusted and basically unusable, so we bought two new ones. After several emails/calls to the property management company, we're still waiting to hear if we'll be reimbursed for the items we needed to purchase. The house is on the market, so perhaps the owners have decided not to put more money into it, but if you're going to rent, you need to have the basics -- like glassware and beach chairs. Overall, we enjoyed Fort Myers Beach and hope to return.

Hurricane Fortress

A group of 4 of us, stayed at the property when Fort Myers Beach was hit by Hurricane Helene. The place is well built. Barely felt the straight line winds. Plus with it being elevated, we were in no danger of the 3 foot storm surge that surrounded the property. Property is well maintainef and clean.It was very homey. The only small complaints I have are: it couod have been stocked better. Only 4 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for a week and 2 garbage bags. We had to go out and purchase more. There was also no tupperware, as we like to cook. Nothing to store leftovers in. Lastly, there was no lantern, flashlights, candles or any type of "survival" items if the power went out or the hirricane was worse. Also, the waterfall off the pool was not functioning. On a positive note, the property owners checked in on us several times during and after the hurricane. Check in and checkout were extremely easy. The property is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool and pool deck area were great. Overall, a very nice property and at a great price.

Florida Delight

Amazing time, beautiful home, close to ocean, and pool was refreshing. A few updates that would have given it a 5 star would be the 2nd bedroom would be nice if the bed was higher as it is pretty low to the ground. Mosquitos were really bad. We had spray but would recommend owner spraying for them because it really takes away from the outside fun, swimming, grilling, etc. We couldn’t lay out on the patio because of the mosquitos. We enjoyed the cart and the chairs that you can bring to the pool. Please Offer more than 2 rolls of toilet paper per person for 4 days would be nice and have extra garbage bags as the 2 were not enough and had to use out grocery bags. Again, we had a wonderful time and appreciate the amenities. It was everything we were wanting. Thank You

Girls Trip

This place is adorable !! Great colors/ decorating. Great location; walking distance to the beach. Clean! Pool pictures online were a bit deceiving in it's size; but if you have adults only-- it is perfect for relaxing and lounging in the pool or around it! The towels/ chairs/ wagon were great for ocean trips. The umbrella was broken- so that was a bummer. A few tips to improve: Add more kitchen tools, such as pot holders, more dish towels for washing and drying. Maybe a "welcome" binder that has the list of check out of basic check out instructions, restaurant ideas/ tourist attraction websites that are around. Grocery stores etc. And a journal if people would like to leave a note on how there stay was and what they enjoyed and did and where they were coming from. We have had that in other VRBO and it's fun. Also a FAN is needed in every bedroom and maybe an extra little one to move the air around in dining area. Over- all we LOVED it. Thank you. Close to beach plus pool

The original home we rented (Aqua Falls) was beautiful, but unfortunately had AC problems. But with amazing professional hospitality from the property management company Sun Palace, we were immediately moved that same evening to a new larger home called Drift Inn only one block away. Every aspect at Drift Inn was beautiful, as described with all new appliances/AC working properly. The home surpassed our expectations in style, comfort and a well stocked kitchen. We loved our private pool with a view on the canal. In addition, the home was a short block from the beach, close enough for our 5 year old to walk without complaining! Drift Inn was perfect and we would not hesitate to return in the future.

Perfect Location

My family of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids aged 5, 7 & 9) had a great time. The location was great. It was close enough to one of the beach entrances, although my youngest struggled walking to the beach. The wagon, umbrellas & sand toys were awesome. There was plenty of beach & bathroom towels available. The pool was awesome, but it was deeper than I expected, we had to buy a lifejacket for our youngest. The tiki area was a nice reprieve from the sun. We really liked the lights for night swimming. They also were able to accommodate an early check-in for us (by an hour) & we appreciated that greatly. There was lack of grill utensils. We also had a hard time turning the valve on the gas tank for the grill (I couldnt turn it, and my 72 year old father-in-law couldn't turn it either, so thank goodness for my husband). There was also no salt or pepper-hard to make really anything without those. We also had a rodent issue (we think a mouse) that chewed into our loaf of bread and a candy bar that were on the kitchen counter. It would also be nice to have more availability of cleaning supplies for day-to-day picking up after ourselves. We did have to purchase more toilet paper and paper towel. The Keurig coffee pot said it need to be descaled. We didn’t need to contact Sun Palace once throughout the stay. Overall, we'd recommend! We cant wait to visit again next year!

Perfect Vacation

This property has it all. A close walk to the entrance to the beach. Then come back and enjoy a swim in the pool. The Manager was always communicating to make sure we were ok as we stayed During Hurricane Idalia. I can’t say enough of how well we were treated. 5 stars all the way. It’s private no cameras you have a fence and a grass area for your fur baby’s. It’s an absolutely perfect place to stay

Beautiful little house!

We had a lovely vacation here. It was a small house, but perfect for our group of 6. The pool was such a nice addition! We were impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the house and yard. Hurricane Ian really did a number on the entire island. We were happy to stay there and contribute to the businesses on the island and would definitely stay there again!

Great Location

The pictures of this house were incredibly accurate. We knew we were going during hurricane cleanup and appreciated that the listing showed and mentioned issues we would encounter with this home. The host was very communicative before we arrived and during our stay. This house is located within walking distance of a public beach access and the access was in great shape. This home was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon. The layout of the house was great too. We were able to have our youngest sleep across the hall from us while our older child slept in the "loft" bedroom. There was a lot of construction during our stay as expected, but this stretch of Fort Meyers was very quiet in the mornings and evenings. The road was also in poor condition (which was stated in the listing) and the the road became flooded (it was the rainy season when we visited). Our minivan made it through without any issues though! The house did lack cooking supplies. We have small children, so we cooked breakfast, lunch and some dinners in the home. If you plan on cooking meals be aware that there were not many pots or pans for use or very basic ingredients, such as salt and pepper. Also, the dining room chairs were very uncomfortable. Overall, this home was great for our family vacation. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Beautiful Beach House

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and the outdoor area was amazing. The pool was an added bonus after a hot day at the beach and my granddaughters loved it. No need to bring or buy anything for the beach or the pool, they have everything you need, which was great since we flew in. Would definitely stay here again.

Post-Ian rental on Ft. Myers Beach. The location was perfect, the house, pool, and yard were delightful. It was refreshing to not have security cameras aimed at us the entire time we were there. The house was wonderful, it had everything we needed. The dogs loved it. My husband actually said, "I would stay here again" That is a compliment of the highest order!
