Marchez jusqu'à Times Square pour faire du shopping et manger. Sur le chemin, n'oubliez pas de visiter notre vie nocturne animée avec des orchestres incroyables sur la plage. Mieux encore, les magasins Heavenly Biscuit et Royal Scoop Ice Cream sont à deux pas de cette belle villa.

Pour les aventures sur la plage, la plage propose des activités nautiques comme la location de jet-ski, la location de parachute ascensionnel et l'observation des dauphins dans le golfe.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The Coral Reef Villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made cooking super convenient. It was just a short walk to the beach, and the provided beach cart made carrying our gear a breeze. The pool was amazing—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Perfect location

Property was very clean and welcoming. Very close to the beach and a short walk to Times Square and all the action. Highly recommend checking this spot out!

Fantastic spot

The house and property were very clean and David was responsive and pleasant. We all really enjoyed the pool. It is a close walk to the beach and there is a wagon, sand toys and cooler to bring with. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay!

Owners were amazing with communication and will be staying here again. The house was clean and the pool was amazing and the chairs, umbrella and etc there to use for the beach! Would highly recommend!!

Excellent property for family gateway and great location

We enjoyed this villa at Fort Myers! Close walk to the beach, easy access to restaurants and downtown, trolley stop almost next by and most important nice, heated pool! Easy communication with the owner too!

Great stay, very close to the beach and very comfortable

House is as advertised, great location. Only issue was driving and WiFi issues. Traffic is horrendous on the island, otherwise it was a magnificent trip and stay.

House was great, Beach wagon was awesome having, Alot of construction around the neighborhood but it did not bother us as the whole area was destroyed by the hurricane, so the area is all under construction.House is perfect for 2 couples for sure.It's nice to walk to beach.

Cute ocean vista

Stayed here on our honeymoon and it rained the entire week so we got to spend a lot of time in this VRBO. Its clean, its got modern appliances and tv options, and its about a 5 minute walk from the ocean. We had a great time and would love to return for another stay with some better weather.

Nice Little Spot Close to the Beach

Nice outdoor space. We loved the pool and patio. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. Could use an upgrade on the sheets and towels, but otherwise everything is well taken care of, new and just what you need. We enjoyed out stay! Thank you!

Perfect little villa!

My family and I enjoy the villa very much! It was very clean and the perfect size for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very pretty. The villa is in the perfect location, a short walk to the beach and lots of food trucks. We were able to walk to Times Square easily. The pool was a nice perk. They provided a wagon to get to the beach. My only issue was the beach chair was broken and the umbrella was on the way out and they only had one.Not a big deal at all. The owner was able to help us right away when we had an issue or question. Very communicative and helpful We will definitely return!!.

House close to everything

Nice property. Beautiful pool. Walking distance to beach & town. Ft Myers right now has so much construction so only downside right now is the hammering & big trucks that can be heard from house & while in pool. Owners were very accessible & nice.

September 2023 visit

The entire property was wonderful. Very close to the beach, all the amenities you could ask for and reasonable drive to everything. We came here one year after the hurricane and there was a lot of construction but the beach was clean and we had it all to ourselves. It’ll only get better once more and more opens up again.

Amazing house, super close to the beach!

This was such a great house for my family to stay in! It had everything we needed for a little getaway. The house was super clean. The beach is a 5 minute walk & the wagon they provided (along with beach towels & toys!) was SO nice to have. The pool & outside area was a lot bigger than it looked, it'd be so that was a plus! David was quick to get back to be with some questions I had during our stay. We had a wonderful time & hope to be back some day!

Perfect for our young family of 4

Our family had a fantastic time and with two kids under 3 the location was perfect, and the beach wagon was clutch. We were able to pull all the stuff kids require to the beach in less than 10 min and get a to-go breakfast on the way. Easy to go home when kids were tired and never had to struggle to find parking or pay for it! The Tuckaway Cafe (crazy close) had great breakfast and lunch options. Very clean too, which was really important to me. Oh and the pool was perfect temp- and I’m very hesitant to get in a pool that’s too warm or cold! Would go back no doubt. This is how I wish all vacation places were.

Excellent!

Excellent communication with the owners, great location, and super cute property! The pool is more spacious than it appears in pictures. The beach wagon and related chairs and toys were appreciated by the adults and three kids! The kitchen had everything we needed, and a charcoal grill with charcoal was a nice surprise. While construction was going on around us at other properties, we could not hear it inside the house. Note to future renters, get an updated list of businesses open as neither Google maps nor Apple Maps were correct. We found plenty of places to eat out, just don’t go off those maps :). Loved it and hope to be back!
