Great property and host

We rented this house for a Pre-Christmas family getaway. House was amazing and so was the host. Great communication, easy check in and the house was fully stocked. It was in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed the quiet back porch at night with the fireplace and hottub. Close to pine and strawberry. We'll be back!

Great views

Great place to stay, the only complaint would be the traffic noise from right off the balcony. It was Labor Day so a busy weekend, probably a normal weekend would be fine. Overall a great place.

Quite the luxurious property. I would stay here anytime. It is very relaxing. My only suggestion is that the property description include the fact that 87 traffic is right next to the house.

Beautiful home, great host

This is by far the most well-stocked rental I've ever stayed in. They anticipated a guests every possible want/need. The kitchen had gadgets galore....things I don't even have at home, and everything was of superior quality too. Yes, there is traffic noise from Highway 87 below, but you can't hear it in the house or while in the hot tub on the deck. The amazing views of the mountains, skies, moon, and stars is worth the traffic. We definitely plan on staying there again. The master bed was a bit on the hard side for me, but if you prefer a firm mattress this place is for you.

Lovely home!

I planned a trip to Pine for my boyfriend’s birthday, and we have stayed in this neighborhood before and loved it. The only negative I can say about Pineberry Modern is the traffic noise - like other reviews have mentioned, it does take away from the tranquility that Pine exudes. It can be heard from inside & outside. With that said, we still enjoyed our time at Pineberry Modern. This was the most well equipped rental I have ever stayed in, literally you don’t have to bring anything except for drinking water. The fridge dispenser water and the tap both came out very very cloudy - maybe that’s typical for this area. I think my boyfriend’s favorite part was the bidet toilet seat in the master bedroom - it was pretty amazing! When I booked this house the pictures showed a huge hammock where the hot tub is so that was a lovely surprise! The hot tub was amazing, and the traffic noise dwindles in the night time hours. My guest contact was very responsive and allowed us early check-in which was awesome!

Well-stocked beautiful home, driving distance from Sedona

This home was gorgeous, as shown in the photos. The owners have gone out of their way to think of many touches to make the stay enjoyable. The kitchen is stocked with lots of cooking ingredients and condiments - even local eggs! There is a lovely hammock, a fire pit, comfy chairs and loads of blankets for enjoying the deck (where we spent hours relaxing). As others have mentioned, a busy 50-mile-per-hour road runs just beneath the deck, which slightly affects the serenity of the landscape. There are also neighbors very close by on both sides, one of whom has a deck visible from the rental’s deck. The nearby towns are small, but with a surprisingly complete market and a couple of restaurants. Sedona was only an hour or so away and we enjoyed one day exploring the town and staying for live music in the evening and another taking hikes around the gorgeous red rocks. The owners were extremely communicative and courteous. Check in and close out were made easy.

Wonderful Cabin!

We were able to check in early, which was amazing and it was all so easy. The place was so nice. The only complaint was that the property was right on SR 260 but otherwise, perfect!

We always enjoy coming up to Pine but we especially enjoyed the time spent at PineBerry Modern. Jenni was very responsive to any questions we had and even gave us the option to do a late checkout. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing house with beautiful surroundings

This house was everything we thought it would be and more, great for families! We spent Christmas there and could not have been happier. The host was very helpful and kind. The town of Pine is full of small town charm. Great restaurants and souvenir shopping. Can’t wait to stay at this property again!

Gorgeous Pine home

Perfect location in Pine. Home was beautifully decorated, comfy beds and fully stocked kitchen. Deck was big with fire pit, Adirondack chairs and hammock. Only negative was road noise below deck but view pretty.

Beautiful Home

We escaped the hot sun in Phoenix and went to Pine, AZ for the weekend. This home is gorgeous with designer rustic décor. Clean, organized, welcoming, quiet & equipped for all your needs. Including towels, coffee, cable TV, hammock & fancy (propane) firepit. The views were stunning and we saw elk in the evening. We will definitely be back. There are only two things I would suggest: 1). include a TV in the master bedroom. The two TV's are too close to each other and the sound can drown each other out. 2). Also, I suggest you extend the check out time from 10am to 11am or 12pm. We could not enjoy and relax our second day because we felt rushed to pack & get out.

Beautiful Home

We've stayed at this home twice and it is by far one of the nicest rental properties we've ever stayed in. The home itself is beautiful, with incredible views. It is also beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Our kids love the loft area with their own beds, floor chairs, and TV. We all love sitting on the deck by the fire pit. A+

Lovely house in the pines.

The house was as described. It was extremely clean. Kitchen is very well stocked. It was close to hiking trails which we enjoyed. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Beautiful home with gorgeous views

Our stay at this beautiful home was so wonderful. The house was immaculately clean and had the most amazing views. There are great hiking trails very close by and some beautiful outdoor stairs to climb. We also ate at some very yummy restaurants near by. The area was very quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. We were provided everything needed minus the food. We highly recommend a stay at this beautiful home!
