Relaxing getaway

Beautiful spacious house and property, perfect for a relaxing getaway with the family. The house was very clean and well equipped for everything - fully stocked kitchen and pantry. The yard was spacious and the hot tub was amazing.

Beautiful homestead

The property met all our needs. The location was great and easy to get to. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Our young adults loved the games area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend the property to groups and families.

Fam get together

Big wedding weekend for a precious neice. From the 90 year old mother with three of the four daughters the resident provided a close proximity to the rest of the relo's and the extended family. Great accommodation, great area fabulous wedding.

Immaculately clean

This is a wonderful house. Extremely well equipped in the kitchen and has everything you would need. Loads of separate living spaces to spread out and relax, so perfect for the larger group. Plenty of things to entertain yourself with - namely that Jacuzzi and the games area with pool table. We stayed when the weather was close to 40C. Extremely grateful for the aircon units in each bedroom and living room!

Great semi rural house for a family weekend

Lovely modern country chique house. Lots of space for our extended family. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Every bedroom had individual a/c. (Nice touch. Less arguments..) Huge outdoor spa. Expansive views. Although a new housing development is being built nearby, it should not spoil the current semi rural vibe. Would recommend this accommodation for a family or several couples.

Amazing property

We had an amazing long weekend away! Perfect location. Great host! The house itself was perfect for a group. Multiple living areas. Location was beautiful! Sitting outside with a glass of wine watching the sunset was just perfect. We can't wait to book again :)

Lovely stay close to wine country

We had a great time at Kathy’s place. We travelled as two families with young kids and the house was spacious, nice big yard and cubby house for the kids. The hot tub was a highlight, plenty of room and good entertainment day or night! We had a couple of issues but Kathy was very responsive and went out of her way to resolve them so our stay was smooth. The kitchen was really well equipped, beds comfy, heating sufficient. For our personal taste the pillows were a bit too high, especially for the kids, but that’s our only feedback. Overall a great time!

Perfect Hunter getaway

Spacious clean and tidy luxury house, equipped with everything we needed! Huge bedrooms, 2 lounge rooms + inside and outside entertaining spaces. Bonus was having the jacuzzi outside to star gaze with a wine. Kathy's place is the perfect Hunter Valley getaway for a family or small group. Relaxing, serene views out the front and back of the property. Very close driving distance to many lovely boutique and larger wineries. We enjoyed taking day trips to the quaint town of Woolombi (15 mins away). Everything is as it seems online, if not better. Kathy is a thoughtful and gracious host, timely with her communication - even left a little treat to enjoy on arrival. Our Easter long weekend away was comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend staying here!
