Balcon Lovedale de Bob

Rester dans le cœur du quartier vin Lovedale. Détendez-vous dans notre confortable maison de 4 chambres, où tout est fourni. Tout ce que vous devez apporter vous-même et de la bonne société. La maison est située sur 20 acres avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée de Hunter. La propriété abrite également un deuxième chalet de deux chambres et une résidence.

Avec une cuisine complète et un barbecue disponible, vous avez le choix de rester et de vous préparer un festin ou de vous rendre dans les nombreux restaurants qui entourent la propriété.

À seulement 800 m du vignoble de Wandin Valley et de tous les grands vignobles de Hunter à votre porte, le balcon de Bob est l'endroit idéal pour séjourner.

S'il vous plaît noter le week-end, nous préférons un séjour de 2 nuits, lors de la réservation est plus de 14 jours sur.

Country getaway in the clouds

Booked for a family of four adults - very comfortable and relaxing. Stunning view from the verandah. Private. Booked for the weekend as we were attending a function at Jimmy Joans. A perfect stay. Thank you.

A great spot for a family or bunch of friends

4 good size rooms with big comfy beds. The pool was lovely on the hot day we were there. Kitchen well stocked (although we didn’t cook anything). 2 clean bathrooms. Great little restaurant just down the hill. The staircase to get downstairs could be tricky if you were older or had trouble with joints. The bathroom downstairs just needs a little adjustment too so the door isn’t noisy in the night. We also met the owner who was very friendly.

Unforgettable weekend at this property!

From the moment we arrived till we left it felt like we were at home. Going up the long driveway we were greeted by the kangaroos and local birds. The home was really cozy and clean with all the essentials needed to feel at home. Mick and Kim were very helpful with any queries and were accomodating with early check in and late checkout and even a jump start when the car battery died when leaving! Thanks Mick you’re a gentlemen. Jimmy Joans, a family run cafe and bar at the entry to the property is a must with great service and amazing coffee. Highly recommend this property for adult stays and families all the same. Thanks for an awesome weekend!

Relaxing family time

Great sized pool with large lawn areas for a game of cricket or battle blocks. Walking distance or a short drive to many vineyards. Very comfortable and spacious living area, with of course a great balcony with a expansive views over the area. Highly recommended.

Bobs Lovedale

Great property for two families to get away for a short break. Fenced pool was great for the kids and all the guests enjoyed the property’s charm in comfort. The front terrace was a treat for sunset, taking in an awesome changing view of the Hunter with drinks. Kim was a great host, the kids loved seeing all the resident animals/wildlife and Wandin winery was just down the road. Very happy to return in the near future.

Excellent accommodation for group of friends/couples

We stayed at Bob’s Balcony and were very happy with our accommodation. The grounds and accommodation were beautifully maintained, clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The shared pool was lovely and no issue. There are a number of wineries and restaurants in close proximity however the kitchen is also quite well equipped for self catering. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the hosts.

Wonderful Property

We absolutely loved our stay at the property! The location was perfect the property was fully equipped with everything we needed. The communication with Kim was on point. Great views and perfect for a big group

This was my first time going to the Hunter with a group and i like my space, so it was great to have so many little break out areas - 2x balconies upstairs, a grassy area out the front, balcony downstairs and a pool area. It was great for a group. We used the bbq, pool, walked around the property, and enjoyed the property to its fullest. We loved how the neighbours dog came to visit, fresh eggs from the chickens. We will be back!

So relaxing!

We had a wonderful week at Bob’s. So conveniently located in the Hunter and a great property for families. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the open grassed areas were perfect for a game of afternoon cricket. The views from the verandah are amazing, so relaxing to sit and read a book or enjoy a morning cuppa as the hot air balloons float overhead. We already miss our morning and afternoon strolls down the long driveway seeing their resident horse, kangaroo and ducks along the way. The grounds are well maintained, and we loved the quirky succulent and cactus displays out of old vintage cars. The house was very well equipped and clean and Kim was ever so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property.
