Welcome to the Beach Bungalow!

This private home is a perfect vacation getaway centrally located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. Within minutes you’ll have your toes in the sand, local cuisine on your taste buds, a Skee Ball in your hand, and learning to Shag dance at iconic nightlife locations. The Beach Bungalow won’t disappoint when you’re ready to wind down. Enjoy modern and comfortable furnishings and TV’s throughout, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Primary bedroom with private bath features a king bed and secondary bedroom has one full and one twin bed with access to the full hallway bathroom. For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and parking for 2 beside the home.

The Main Street area is home to several unique boutiques, a pizza parlor, an English style pub, Oyster bar, and several live music venues that play beach music. Families will enjoy the oceanfront kiddie amusement park and The Hippo, an inflatable slide located on the beach (both are open Memorial Day-Labor Day).

For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and parking for 2 beside the home.

Other things to Note:
This property is non-smoking, including on the balconies.
This property is NOT pet friendly.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
Do NOT park in the spot in front of the storage shed as that parking is assigned to the neighboring building.
No trailers permitted at this property.
Please note that this property does not have pool.
This unit utilizes smart tv's.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Needs some love. ANTS!

Charming home. Perfect distance to the beach. Plenty for my family. Needs repairs and updates. Disappointed with customer service when in need. From the road, it’s a cute home. Once you walk up to the porch, you see rusty furniture, unclean porch, and the rubber seal from the main door hanging and curled underneath the door. Walking in, the AC is pleasantly cold. The floors were sandy and dirty. The carpets and couches are stained. The back splash is pulling away from the sink counter to the left. And the worst part: ANTS!! Ants all over the countertops. I bet I killed 50 or more in the first five minutes — I thought this did away with them. Boy was I wrong! I called the morning of the day after arrival regarding the ants. An individual from Southern Coast Vacations said they called an exterminator and would let me know when they were coming by. Not a word after that. Very tough to prepare meals. Ended up eating out more than planned. Added expense. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and utensils. The property manager left a very nice bag full of essentials. The house is a little less than a block walk to the beach. Less than 5 minutes. Which I loved. The noise level is nominal considering the close proximity of resorts nearby. Water hose on the side of the house for rinsing off worked great. Overall: like the home and location. Love the proximity to the beach. A private owner would not allow the home to get this far. Fix and would return. Please get rid of ants!

Great location, very convenient

This is a cute little house with a full kitchen. The master bathroom shower is tiny. Simple stuff seems overlooked--batteries in the remotes for both the fan/light and TV were dead; porch furniture not in great condition; dishes were still in dishwasher. The location is great and super convenient to major attractions though!

Nice Property Close to Main Street and Beach Access

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and in a convenient location. The only issue we had is when we arrived around 9pm due to traffic the air conditioner was not working. Property management immediately responded but were unable to get the air fixed the first night. It was 90 degrees in the house so we didn’t get any sleep the first night due to the heat which affected our next day. It was only a 3 night stay so that was a bummer that we wasted a day. Property management eventually installed a portable air conditioner but that happened at 3 am. The air was fixed the next morning( drain clog in the hvac unit) but we didn’t receive a check in after that to ensure that everything was ok or even an apology for our inconvenience. Seems like the property management company would have checked to ensure the air was working before our arrival. The size of the house and how quickly it cooled down indicated that the air had been out for quite some time. Also a drain clog on an hvac unit doesn’t happen suddenly. Otherwise we were very happy with the property.

Cute, clean, great location

The house was cute and exactly like the vrbo listing. It was a short walk to the beach which was nice. The vacation rental team was pleasant when calling with minor issues which was resolved within a couple hours. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Softball/beach vacation

The property was very close to the beach. It was nice to walk about 2 minutes and you were on the beach. The bungalow was nice but bedroom with 2 beds has only 1 vent, so there it stays very warm in there and not much air circulation. The bathroom in the other room is small and not much room in the shower... other than that, the bungalow was nice and the porch was nice to sit on in the morning and evening. It was a nice and perfect size for a small family of 4 or less.

Beach getaway

The property looked exactly like the pictures and was perfectly located. A/C worked great and kitchen had everything you need. Awesome to have washer/dryer! Master bath is tiny & tight but nice to have 2 baths.

Beach stay

Long weekend at the beach that was quite enjoyable. The property was as advertised. A small cottage that had all necessary features. Plenty of updated items in the kitchen for preparing meals.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, no fitted sheets for the king sized bed, even after calling about it. They brought new ones, but they were for a full size mattress. Poor/vague instructions for key/welcome packet.
