Awful

There were two very large holes in the floor where you could see the ground. One evening an animal came up the very large one in the bedroom and our dog chased it around until it finally left. We were freezing with cold air coming up as well. We told them and all they said was “sorry”

Sea vacation

Property was clean, quiet just as described. Check in was easy, questions were answered quickly. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels. We felt safe there. Short walk to to the beach.

I stayed here for three nights with my granddaughter and my fur baby. The cottage is not the most modern but it was clean and appropriately stocked with towels, dishes, etc. It's a beach cottage. 😊 The location is just awesome. I have mild COPD and I was able to make it walking to the beach. It's literally across the street. Would most definitely stay here again.

quick vacay

Location is fantastic, short walk to the beach. There are many things within walking distance, such as an IGA grocery store, ice cream shop and gift shops. Rental is as described. The king bed is very comfortable. I can't rate the other beds as we did not use them. There was plenty of hot water for showers. Kitchen had basic supplies for cooking, pans a few fry pans and utensils. Ample plates, cups and silverware. What the unit DID NOT have was clothes hangers. Closets but nothing to hang clothes with, so bring some. Bathroom had lots of towels. There is a hose outside to wash the sand off after the beach.

Great place!

Looked just as pictured. Great communication with owners. Nice memory foam mattresses and leather furniture. Didn’t use the kitchen other than fridge for drinks. Great location. Close to the beach and Boulineau’s. Near the pier. Would stay again! Loved that it was pet friendly!

Cute, cozy and convenient

This was a last minute trip for us. It’s hard to tell online exactly where the location is but it is so close to the beach. Just a couple min walk. The cottage was clean. We had a little trouble with the entry code but the mgmt team fixed it ASAP. On day 2 the internet wasn’t working but mgmt let us know when Spectrum was coming out. I had to work the few days we were there ( my family had all the fun!). You will need to use your hotspot if you need to work. Other than that we were very happy. Management is super helpful and responsive.

Great little place at the beach

This condo was well maintained and fairly well stocked. What ever I needed the management company was quick to provide. Short walk to the beach and pet friendly!! I would rent again.....BUT... My only complaint was the way the management company did the pricing, something called "Dynamic Pricing". The price I had on Sunday was different from the actual price I paid on Tuesday at booking. The explanation was that the price fluctuates with the number of "looks or demand" so in those 2 days it was looked at ? times and that increased the price I actually paid, although I contacted them with interest about the rental on Sunday. Moral of story, don't ask your husband/wife to look at it to help make a decision because that "look" will increase the price you pay. The management Co. helped by decreasing the pet fee. **If there were anything I would say that could be improved upon it's the following: I did buy a couple of rugs for the front door and for the bathroom at Walmart because there was nothing to wipe your feet on inside, only outside the front door. And as for the bathroom, it was very functional but small. It could use a shelf over the toilet to hold blowdryer, curling iron or makeup bag. Towels and linens were provided, but it needed a couple of hand towels but maybe that's just us. We had a really great week and overall were very satisfied.

We love Cherry Grove

The apartment was just as the pictures showed on line. Very clean and the location was awesome. I love the fact that it’s pet friendly and also clean. We will definitely be going back.
