LE RÉGLAGE
Muscat est l'un des beaux appartements de notre immeuble exclusif sur la charmante place Dauphine. En plein cœur de la ville sur l'île de la Cité, la place Dauphine est un lieu historique, ayant été construite en 1610 à la demande du Kind Henri IV. Vous serez entouré d'histoire tout en profitant de tout le confort moderne. Nous avons rénové l'ensemble du bâtiment, en ajoutant tout, d'un ascenseur moderne et de la climatisation aux serrures numériques les plus sécurisées.

L'APPARTEMENT
Situé au premier étage, le Muscat à une chambre dispose d'un confortable lit queen-size, d'une salle de bains privative, d'une salle d'eau et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée. L'appartement présente les poutres incroyables des années 1600 qui créent une touche historique charmante à cet appartement moderne. Profitez d'un dîner romantique chez vous loin de chez vous ou blottissez-vous, dégustez du vin français et admirez les scènes parisiennes juste devant votre fenêtre.

LA ZONE
Juste devant votre porte se trouve l'un des endroits secrets les plus convoités de Paris, la belle Place Dauphine. La place est bordée de bâtiments historiques du début des années 1600 et est pleine d'arbres et de quelques bancs parfaitement placés pour s'asseoir et profiter de l'atmosphère. C'est également un endroit populaire pour les habitants de jouer à un jeu de pétanque, que vous pouvez apprécier regarder sur la place ou simplement écouter le tintement doux des boules d'acier utilisées dans le jeu français traditionnel depuis votre fenêtre. Le quartier est également populaire auprès des avocats qui travaillent à proximité au Palais de Justice, il y a donc d'excellents cafés et restaurants pour en profiter!

Christmas in Paris

Gorgeous apartment in perfect location! Everything was wonderful, loved every minute of our stay. Having a second bathroom and the modern kitchen were great perks. All the recommendations about Paris and the neighborhood were so helpful. Cannot wait to come back!

Great location, with a view

From the property it is very easy to access the left and right bank. The apt functions perfectly for 2 people. Having he 1.5 baths is nice when having guests. It is also nice having the open space and eating establishments adjacent to the apt. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Do not look at any other websites, as I've used several companies and keep coming back to Paris Perfect, and will be a continued loyal customer in the future. No other companies come anywhere near this company. They have thought of everything, especially the small things, so that there is hardly anything you need to shop for. Lots of treats to greet you on arrival, - thank you, apartments stunningly decorated, meticulously clean complimented by excellent attentive service from the beginning to the end. A particular thank you to my greeter Virgile - very polite, informative, personable with lots to share if you need to know anything. Only sorry I had to check out, but will be back again next year and the year after that and so on. Thank you very much everyone, and especially Madelyn & Philippe for creating such an experience in such style. Your staff compliment everything with their friendliness & expertise.

“First time visiting Europe. We stayed in Paris for 8 nights and 9 days. We were nervous planning where to stay, where to go and what to do. My cousin has stayed at a Paris Perfect apartment in the 7th arondismont and highly recommended the company. Their site is so easy to navigate. I fell in love with a couple of apartments looking at the photos. We researched the Muscat apartment at 25 Dauphine on the Il de la Cite island, in the center of Paris. The owner had you tube videos of their renovation of the 25 Dauphine historic building which they gutted and turned into 6 beautifully decorated apartments. I saw the attention to detail of the design for each apartment from the layout, furniture choice, decor and passion for the project and knew this was the place to stay. For our first time staying in Paris /Europe as an American, it was the best place for us to stay. The apartment was sparkling clean, everything we needed was available, it was central to all the places we visited and coming home each day to our own kitchenette with fresh baguette, cheeses and wine. Apartment aside, Parisperfect also offers their services for almost anything. They arranged our car service to and from the airport, set a phone appointment up months beforehand to discuss what we wanted to see and do and tours we wanted to go on. I would recommend Parisperfect for all the services they offer to all my family and friends. Thank you to the entire team who helped us from the beginning of our planning and now home from Paris wanting to go back. We’ve already started rooking at the London Perfect rentals. ”

“Wonderful apartment in a terrific location, easily accessible to most anywhere you would like to explore on foot. The apartment is cozy and stocked with just about anything you may need for your stay. Having the extra half bath is a real plus.”

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient apartment

This was the most beautiful vacation apartment we’ve stayed in. The bed and furniture were comfortable and everything was clean and working properly. The building was quiet and since there is almost no traffic on the street there wasn’t too much street noise for a city. The kitchen is too small to do much cooking but we were able to have breakfast and a light supper there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was convenient to most tourist areas. And the morning loaf of bread was delicious. We greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartment without hesitation.

A lovely apartment in the heart of Paris

“We loved this Apartment. It was in a wonderful location - Our favourite part of Paris and the Apartment was very comfortable, well furnished and there was a well equipped Kitchen. With coffee, wine, bread and jam available on arrival we really felt very welcome. It felt like a very luxurious Apartment and as the weather was not tip top (February) we enjoyed our evenings there - all the appliances were easy to understand and worked with no problems - and there were some nice restaurants right outside our door! We hope to come again in the not too distant future.…”

“Beautiful apartment. Perfect location - near almost everything you’d want to see and do in Paris, and just a short walk to metro for the rest. Baguettes delivered to lobby every morning was a heavenly treat! Especially fun to people-watch from windows overlooking the Place Dauphine.”
