PLAZA 604 9800 Coastal Hwy. NON SMOKING - NO PETS / OWNER HAS A PET. Direct Oceanfront 2 bedroom w/enclosed den, 2 bath condo. This well placed, gorgeous "right out of a magazine" condo has been taken down to the studs and completely renovated IN 2021. The adorable den is enclosed for privacy, with a queen bed; The luxurious master bedroom has a king bed, the guest room two full beds. There is a new pull out couch in the living room with plenty of seating area for the entire family! Luxury paneled floors throughout and BRAND NEW EVERYTHING! Gorgeous quartz countertops in the kitchen, with a large island for all your cooking needs! Situated over the pool, this condo is not too high, but high enough for great people watching and great views of the ocean beyond.
Condo includes central air, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, 4 Flat screen TVs. Washer and Dryer are in the condo. Maximum Occupancy is 8. BDRM 1: King Bed BDRM 2: 2 Double Beds; LVRM: Queen Sleep Sofa; DEN: Enclosed, with queen bed.
EASY CHECK-IN, OFFICE ON-SITE! The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17, includes parking for two vehicles. The fee for extra vehicles is $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool (heated), Dry-heat Sauna, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (heated) both have kiddie pools. Wi-fi paid by owner.
