What a fantastic stay!! This spacious condo unit was beautiful, clean, and made for a perfect beach vacation. From the decor, the plentiful kitchen essentials, right down to the outlets with built in night lights. They truely thought of it all!The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to avoid the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk being outside our condo. There is a market pretty much across the street. Five minutes away from all the restaurants we wanted to visit. Fifteen minutes from the boardwalk and 30 minutes from both the Delaware boardwalk and Assateague Island. The perfect place with both oceanfront and bay views! We will be back!!

Our stay was amazing. The condo is ideal for 4 adults (2 couples). The balconies were beautiful offering sunrise and sunset options. The kitchen was perfect for eating in and morning gatherings. The owners were fantastic with all communication. We stayed from Sunday to Wed., had 2 vehicles and were able to pay for 2nd parking permit. (Total for 2 cars with fees 90.)The decor of Mermaids was loved by all. We would definatley vacation here again.

Perfect relaxing beach getaway

We stayed during 4th of July long weekend. The condo is direct ocean front with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. It was spotless when we arrived and was spacious for 4 people. The kitchen is newly renovated with a colossal island which also serves as the dining area. We liked the open floor plan. Having a locker in the first floor for beach gear is so convenient. The only negative I could think of is the AC temperature. It’s not suppose to go down below 70 and we like to sleep with our thermostat set at 68. Otherwise, the condo is a great place to stay. Dana is a great host. Very responsive and kind. She had bottles of water in the fridge and even a bottle of wine for us. There was a stain in the bathroom counter which was noted by the cleaner. We had no clue where it came from and Dana was super nice about it.

Perfect Condo in OC!

We so enjoyed our stay in OC at this beautiful condo! We especially appreciated the two balconies! We enjoyed our coffee oceanfront in the morning, and wine on the bayside at sunset! The local was perfect, the beds were great, the decor was top of the line. Communication with the owner was easy and we appreciated her recommendations. I can see us returning many times to this beautiful condo in the future! It doesn't get any better than this!

Great condo!

The condo made the vacation great! The place was as described and the pictures were relevant. The balcony over looking the beach was my favorite place to watch the sunrise, get some morning sun or enjoy a drink in the evenings. You couldn’t ask for a better location with bay and beach sights!

Absolutely a must stay! This condo does not disappoint awesome ocean and bay views! We saw dolphins ever morning feeding from the ocean side Balcony. Very roomy and spacious! We definitely enjoyed our stay at this place.

Fabulous

Condo is beautiful and comfortable. It was ideal for two couples as we each had our own bedroom with attached bathrooms. The kitchen/living room floorplan is open which allows for a view of the ocean. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all manner of plates, glasses, cookware, storageware etc. We thorougly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

The place was very clean. Glad there was access to the washer and dryer, especially for drying towel

Good location. Good to have a pool also. Very clean with updated bathrooms. Could have more fans because there weren’t any ceiling fans

This was my 1st VRBO experience, therefore my communication with the owner was critical. One never really knows until the experience has begun. This property was better than advertised. Dana was attentive and super responsive as well as accommodating. The property was clean and it had literally everything we needed. Fabulous, 1st. Class Experience for 35th Anniversary

Everything was very smooth with Dana from beginning to end. The condo was well kept and very clean. The views from the balconies were absolutely beautiful and the best we have seen at sunrise and sunset.

Great condo, awesome view. We loved staying here!

Renting was an easy process and the owner of the property was great. The security/check in could have been better. The security officers at the front desk didn't communicate that well and confused us with the instructions we were already given to check in.

The property was lovely and the area it was in was excellent!!

The property was nice but the kitchen was a bit outdated and my son complained that the upstairs bedroom had terrible air conditioning ad the room was always warm!! Other than that , it was okay!!

Beautiful views, well maintained condo

Had a wonderful long weekend and enjoyed relaxing in the condo. The weather was crummy, but we appreciated the comfortable couch, the lovely Christmas tree, and the well appointed kitchen.

My husband and I, and our two sons have been vacationing in Ocean City for years, and in 2012 we decided to invest in a little piece of Heaven. We absolutely love the location, the spectacular view that this condo affords us, and the many activities around Ocean City. Whether we are in the mood to kick back with a glass of wine and take in the view, participate in the many family-friendly events and festivals that OC offers, or dance the night away in one of the fabulous nightclubs, there's always something for everyone. We hope to retire here some day!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This peaceful location is more 'family oriented' as it is situated a few miles from the boardwalk; however, it's just a short distance if you want to enjoy the nightlife, shopping and events that the boardwark affords! Walking distance from great beach bars and fabulous restaurants; across Coastal Highway from grocery store if you prefer to dine in.

Both bathrooms have been newly renovated with walk in showers, new cabinetry, chair-height toilets and beautiful granite and tile. The kitchen was renovated in 2024 with an enlarged floor plan, upgraded cabinetry, blue pearl granite countertops, and new appliances.
