Beau condo en bord de mer / bord de mer récemment rénové, avec une vue imprenable sur la baie et la plage. Profitez du lever du soleil sur le balcon en bord de mer avec les vagues de l'océan et les oiseaux indigènes vous sérénade; ou de prendre dans les couchers de soleil colorés sur le balcon face à la baie, tout en sirotant votre boisson de choix. L'un des plus grands plans d'étage de deux chambres à coucher dans OCMD, vous apprécierez l'intimité et l'espace de ce condo. Our stay was amazing. The condo is ideal for 4 adults (2 couples). The balconies were beautiful offering sunrise and sunset options. The kitchen was perfect for eating in and morning gatherings. The owners were fantastic with all communication. We stayed from Sunday to Wed., had 2 vehicles and were able to pay for 2nd parking permit. (Total for 2 cars with fees 90.)The decor of Mermaids was loved by all. We would definatley vacation here again.

Perfect Condo in OC!

We so enjoyed our stay in OC at this beautiful condo! We especially appreciated the two balconies! We enjoyed our coffee oceanfront in the morning, and wine on the bayside at sunset! The local was perfect, the beds were great, the decor was top of the line. Communication with the owner was easy and we appreciated her recommendations. I can see us returning many times to this beautiful condo in the future! It doesn't get any better than this!

Great condo!

The condo made the vacation great! The place was as described and the pictures were relevant. The balcony over looking the beach was my favorite place to watch the sunrise, get some morning sun or enjoy a drink in the evenings. You couldn’t ask for a better location with bay and beach sights!

Absolutely a must stay! This condo does not disappoint awesome ocean and bay views! We saw dolphins ever morning feeding from the ocean side Balcony. Very roomy and spacious! We definitely enjoyed our stay at this place.

Lovely condo on the beach!

Had a wonderful stay at this property! Instructions for check-in, pool access, and locker access were easy to follow. Loved having the beach locker for storing beach items. Gorgeous views, nice amenities, we will definitely be back!

Fabulous

Condo is beautiful and comfortable. It was ideal for two couples as we each had our own bedroom with attached bathrooms. The kitchen/living room floorplan is open which allows for a view of the ocean. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all manner of plates, glasses, cookware, storageware etc. We thorougly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

Renting was an easy process and the owner of the property was great. The security/check in could have been better. The security officers at the front desk didn't communicate that well and confused us with the instructions we were already given to check in.

Wonderful visit!

The condo was well-furnished and clean with beautiful views. It was also very quiet. We never heard the neighbors once. The building is in a good central location convenient to food and activities. We walked the beach every day. At night our favorite thing to do was to sit on the balcony, relax, and listen to the waves. Dana was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Thank you, Dana, for a lovely week!

Very nice. Would rent again.

The condo was very nice, pretty decorating and comfortable furniture including the beds. The ocean balcony was very nice and we enjoyed sitting there in the evening. The beach was immaculately clean and beautiful. The location was fun -- close enough to lots and lots of restaurants (and ice cream places!) but far enough north to be outside the OC craziness. The owner, Dana, was pleasant and efficient. Zero problems. We will definitely consider renting this condo again next summer.

Successful beach getaway! The condo was great, better than the photos. Spacious and clean. Good location to the beach and bus system was easy to use. The only thing I could say negative is the beach elevator was slow due to the time of year. Obviously, no fault of the condo just the nature of the summer season. 19 floors is a bit to walk!

First Condo Experience

My daughter, granddaughter and i spent four delightful days in this condo. It was indeed as described in promo and the location was amazing. I have to admit that I spent an appreciable amount of time on the little porch, watching the waves take away the worries of the world. The condo is SO well-maintained and decorated tastefully in a mermaid/ocean theme. There were jigsaw puzzles for the one rainy day and a case of bottled water in the frig. Thank you, hosts, for making this vacation spot available to us.

Perfect relaxing beach getaway

We stayed during 4th of July long weekend. The condo is direct ocean front with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. It was spotless when we arrived and was spacious for 4 people. The kitchen is newly renovated with a colossal island which also serves as the dining area. We liked the open floor plan. Having a locker in the first floor for beach gear is so convenient. The only negative I could think of is the AC temperature. It’s not suppose to go down below 70 and we like to sleep with our thermostat set at 68. Otherwise, the condo is a great place to stay. Dana is a great host. Very responsive and kind. She had bottles of water in the fridge and even a bottle of wine for us. There was a stain in the bathroom counter which was noted by the cleaner. We had no clue where it came from and Dana was super nice about it.

My husband and I, and our two sons have been vacationing in Ocean City for years, and in 2012 we decided to invest in a little piece of Heaven. We absolutely love the location, the spectacular view that this condo affords us, and the many activities around Ocean City. Whether we are in the mood to kick back with a glass of wine and take in the view, participate in the many family-friendly events and festivals that OC offers, or dance the night away in one of the fabulous nightclubs, there's always something for everyone. We hope to retire here some day!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This peaceful location is more 'family oriented' as it is situated a few miles from the boardwalk; however, it's just a short distance if you want to enjoy the nightlife, shopping and events that the boardwark affords! Walking distance from great beach bars and fabulous restaurants; across Coastal Highway from grocery store if you prefer to dine in.

Both bathrooms have been newly renovated with walk in showers, new cabinetry, chair-height toilets and beautiful granite and tile. The kitchen was renovated in 2024 with an enlarged floor plan, upgraded cabinetry, blue pearl granite countertops, and new appliances.
