The Sunset Vistas Resort has everything you are looking for: secure and modern facilities and decor, two resort style beachfront swimming pool (one for the little ones), a beachfront Tiki bar, on-site cafe (great food!), lush tropical style grounds and assigned parking.



This fifth floor unit is located on the South side of the building, close to the beach side, with easy access to the elevators, pool and beach. Enjoy morning coffee, evening drinks, or a meal out on your private balcony with a nice southern view of Treasure Island beach and the Gulf water.

beach access was great at this place! was very convenient and the pool was also a great spot to be. check in was frustrating, as i had asked for early check in and was told i would get a text with when the place could potentially be ready, i then heard nothing the rest of the day from them. silverware had brown, sticky residue on it. place was very bare bones in terms of essentials (no spices like salt or pepper, no beach chairs, no cooking spray). we loved the location of this place but would likely not stay again

We had a great stay in Treasure Island! The view from the condo was amazing! The little beach bar on site is a great touch! The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is exceptional and cleanliness was great. The beach is very family friendly. Bathroom toiletry was of low quality and kitchen is not fully equipped. Home decor a bit outdated and not inviting.

Wonderful stay.

Unit was clean, roomy, property was on the beach with a pool. We enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again. Property manager Liz was also quick to respond to any questions I had.

My wife and I need a couple days change of scenery and this provided a great escape. On the beach and close to lots of restaurants and activities. Clean and comfortable.
