The unit, located on the 4th floor, is newly remodeled and furnished. This two bedroom/two bath unit features a spacious beachfront balcony with endless beach views. The unit features new furnishings and décor throughout. Enjoy lounging with family for movie night in the living area furnished with a sleeper sofa, complete with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. The sliding glass doors open to a covered balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico without leaving the comfort of your condo. The fully equipped kitchen will inspire your inner gourmet chef. It features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances plus all the utensils and cookware needed to prepare any meal. The dining room seats 6 at the table with seating for 2 at the breakfast bar.

You will enjoy rest and relaxation from the gulf-front main suite which is furnished with a king size bed and beachfront balcony access. The main bath includes a tub/shower combo. This is my second stay at Sunset Vistas and my first stay in this unit. The sunset view from the balcony is amazing. Sunset Vistas is a nice property. It appears to be well taken care of. The bar near the pool is great. The option to rent beach chairs and umbrellas is very much appreciated. This condo did not have chairs or an umbrella for the beach. It did have a cooler in the closet. I would stay here again especially if I drove and could bring things from home. It is helpful to have the gas station across the street. The amount of local eateries in walking distance is great. Publix is also in walking distance. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are adequate. The kitchen has enough place settings and silverware. The kitchen has basic cooking utensils. All of the appliances are relatively new. I watched the pool be cleaned every morning. I spent the week at the beach and never used the pool or the hot tub. I could see that it was used by a lot of people each day.

The furniture in the place(beds, sofa) need to be updated for comfort. The kitchen needs to have more cooking pans if it is to be rented for long-term. The building was under repair the whole time we were there. Constant noise as well as elevators not working and stairwells blocked off at the same time.The lights and baseboards in the unit have not been cleaned in months.

We appreciate your comments regarding furniture comfort and kitchen cookware. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we will be reviewing both the beds/sofa and the kitchen inventory to determine where updates and additions are needed, especially for longer-term stays. We also understand how frustrating building repairs and elevator disruptions can be. Unfortunately, those projects are managed by the building association and are sometimes outside of our direct control, but we certainly recognize the inconvenience the noise and access limitations may have caused. Regarding cleanliness, this is not the standard we aim to maintain. We will be addressing your concerns with our cleaning team to ensure lighting fixtures, baseboards, and detailed areas receive proper attention moving forward.

We had a very nice time during our short stay. Room and property were as promised. I guess if we had one complaint was that there wasn't basic condiments in the room (such as salt & pepper or dish soap). Some simple basics would have been nice since we have had that before in other VRBO's

Nice location

The condo was missing some important essentials like beech towels, coffee for the first morning, some shampoo, etc. We also found a roach on day one and then without advance notice they came to treat the entire building for roaches. We notified the property manager before we checked in that we needed to leave early to atted our mom's funeral...sorry we can't help you was the quick response.

Can’t say enough about this property. It’s the perfect location and central to everything you need. The staff could always be seen walking around maintaining the property. Well kept and all around beautiful property. Highly recommended!!

Very nice upgraded unit

Pool and beach were great, nice addition of tiki bar and cafe. Kitchen could have had a few more plastic glasses/cups but was well stocked for the most part. Definitely would stay again.

Property was clean and had great views. Very close to John’s Pass. Pool was nice but crowded. The beach was big and really nice. I would recommend for the price.
