Faites de votre destination de vacances en bord de mer au fabuleux complexe Sunset Vistas situé à Treasure Island, en Floride. Ce condo situé au dernier étage dans le coin nord-ouest de l’immeuble est parfaitement situé pour admirer le coucher du soleil et admirer la plage. Le balcon privé donne sur la piscine de style complexe hôtelier (un des deux) et est assez spacieux pour les dîners, les boissons en soirée ou le café du matin.

Avec un lit King size dans la suite principale, un lit Queen size dans la deuxième chambre et un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille. Complétez-le avec le salon confortable, la cuisine complète et la salle à manger spacieuse. Le condo est bien aménagé pour de fabuleux souvenirs de la Floride.

Room was clean and ready early.Really missed the lift out coffee table that was there in years past.We have been staying there for a couple years, the washer and dryer could use an update, but all works.Excellent stay.

We loved this condo, which is ocean front on Treasure Island Beach. The view of the beach was amazing. This 2 bedroom condo was clean, up to date, and everything we needed. The pool and hot tub area had plenty of seating, and was well maintained. There is even a small restaurant on site that has excellent food. Would highly recommend

This is our third year staying at Sunset Vistas in this unit and I think that speaks for itself. We love it, it’s perfect for our family of four. The parking spot is right under the building close to the pool and beach access to keep anything you need in your trunk for easy access. The balcony view is lovely for my morning coffee. The 711 across the street is convenient for a quick beer run or donuts (the truck comes at 9am). The beach is quiet and not crowded. The pool is laid back. Pack your own cooler or get a delicious frozen drink at the bar. Our room has everything we need to make a quick meal although we prefer to eat dinner out, there’s so many good restaurants. The beach closet always has things we can use for the pool and beach. We noticed a few upgrades to the room this year which were nice. We will be back next year and can’t wait.

The unit was great for our family of 3. Having a Mr Coffee coffee pot for the mornings, lots of towels, a washer/dryer, and comfortable beds was all that we needed. The complex had great amenities too including a breakfast cafe, a bar close to the pool, and beautiful views. It’s is very family friendly! We would definitely stay again.

My family of 3 plus my 14 year old daughter's friend stayed here for our spring break. This condo was overall fantastic- clean, comfortable, great views, and right on the beach. The pictures on VRBO are accurate. The iTrip staff were very responsive to the very few minor questions we had- it was super easy to just reply to the welcome text they sent the day our trip started. We liked that there is an electronic door lock, so no need to keep track of keys. The girls spent a lot of time at the pool; the adults did not because it was always crowded and the dreaded chair reservers were out by 830-9 every morning (even though there is a sign that clearly says no reserving allowed, the building management, which is different than iTrip, didn't enforce this). Previous guests left behind beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and various beach toys. It was great having a washer/dryer in unit (the dryer takes some figuring out, we finally got it to fully dry a load by setting it on the timed setting at 70 minutes). There is a Publix a mile down the street (we drove so had our own vehicle), St. John's Pass boardwalk (shops and restaurants) is an easy half mile walk. We would definitely book this unit again the next time we go to St. Pete.

Property was great, view as advertised, pool had a lot of seating options, good location. Umbrella and beach chairs provided but not used, nice little cafe for breakfast and lunch.Some minor issues included only three chairs on the balcony, two light bulbs needed to be replaced (had to runout and buy them), no hand soap or shower gel,or tissues. It’s been our experience that these basic provisions are provided.However, still 5-star.

The original place we rented was under construction when we arrived, so we had to move twice to find something acceptable. The unit we landed in had a beautiful view, but it was dirty (especially the floors), and the beds were not comfortable. I would not rent that unit again.

The unit was well kept and had all necessities that were needed. The balcony had incredible views of the pool and beach along with the ocean. The pools were clean and water was a great temperature. We loved having leftover toys and beach towels in the room for the kids to enjoy on the beach. Overall, great experience and vacation!

We stayed late Sept into Oct and had a wonderful vacation as a family of 3. It was the perfect size condo with direct access to the beach and very well maintained resort style pool areas.We had beautiful sunsets every night and enjoyed the on site cafe for lunch one day which was surprisingly good! And the on site bar for drinks at the pool.The beach is absolutely beautiful, not covered in seaweed like many Florida beaches. Our unit had a couple beach chairs, an umbrella we never ended up using and plenty of beach toys. All a nice bonus. Unit was just as pictured in the listing and beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Also each room has a fan which we can’t sleep without. They start you with a roll of paper towels and some toilet paper but we needed to purchase more. Publix is a 4 minute drive away. It was a great stay and we will be coming back!

The whole property is very well maintained and the resort style pool was the perfect temp in late September.

We came back this year it was so good

This is our second time staying at Sunset Vistas in this particular unit. We absolutely fell in love with Treasure Island and love the resort feel of this place. The condo has everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and lunches. We eat out for dinners. There were beach toys and beach chairs to use. There were also beach towels. My husband and I just prefer larger towels and bring one of our own but they were great for the kids. The washer and dryer we don’t use for much but usually one small load. We always wash the beach towels. The dryer is nice for your wet pool items. My kids are small enough to share the bed in the spare room so it works. Wi-Fi was so much better this year, perfect! Lots of channels on the TV for a rainy night. We love the balcony every morning and nights. The view is perfect. The top floor is quiet. The only complaint is the pool pump is annoying some nights. You can’t hear it inside the condo just on the balcony. The pool is wonderful, heated and plenty of seating. The location right on the beach can not be beat. We love the pool bar for a frozen cocktail. We travel from Pittsburgh, Pa and can’t wait to come back.
