This newly remodeled beachfront condo has everything you need to make the most of your stay. Simply walk out your balcony which leads directly to the pool and makes for a hassle free vacation. This corner unit has plenty of windows that bring in natural light in all the bedrooms and common areas. The view of the channel can be seen from the kitchen and the living/dining room.

Indian Shores is a quaint beach town located between St Petersburg and Clearwater known for soft white sand and short sandy walks to the water.

Beware major construction at the complex, very loud and debris around common pool area and the back patio of the condo. The inside of the condo was nice.

Condo was so comfortable, clean, and located on main floor so we coukd walk right out to the pool and patio area. The beach was beautiful! Easy access and the condo had all the chairs and veach 'stuff' you could ever want. We can't wait to book again!

Hi!

Overall gorgeous place just as the pictures show, but amenities need to be updated very dated and so much plastic dishes (plastic cups for drinking water covered in mold.) the plastic dishes provided get gross looking at a few washes. I have many other misc items and photos that should have been better for 700a night we paid, it could have been so much better. The patio is very small and only room for 2. watch out for the closet for beach and pool amenities very trashed out room with broken rusted chairs and just crap thrown in there. Please beware of the rates as many tenants said and mentioned we were way overcharged and they would gladly rent us their place.

Absolutely Perfect!

The condo is exactly as described and pictured. It is well stocked with all the little extras that you need without stopping at the store before you arrive. There are plenty of toys and beach toys for all ages, a high chair, pack n play, etc. The walkout directly to the pool and ocean is very convenient. On top of that, our flight was moved back 3 hours and we were graciously given late checkout. We will definitely rent here again!

I’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years and some have better cameras than others. This property was truly as nice, clean and cared for as the photos insinuate. The access to the pool and beach was very simple. We felt as at home as we’ve ever felt in a vacation. We already want to return for another stay!

What a Great Place to Stay

A very nice place to stay . Easy walk out to the beach or pool . Everyone was nice and friendly . We even had info card with places to go eat and type of place it was . You even get your own parking place in the garage .

Wonderful Holiday

This property was even nicer in person! The host provided excellent directions for parking and check in as well as helpful suggestions on places to eat around the area. The condo was beautifully updated and decorated and also very comfortable. The beach was perfect and we were able to rent loungers and an umbrella for our whole stay at a reasonable rate. There were great restaurants in driving distance and we had fun visiting the next door bird sanctuary . We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back.

Great time at the pool!

We traveled with our one-year-old granddaughter and we all had a great time at the pool and beach. We were able to walk out of our condo to the pool area and a few steps to get to the beach!!

Everything you need!

The condo is the perfect location- walk out the patio and you’re at the pool! Steps away from the beach. All you need to bring is your family and food, everything else is waiting for you. The condo and complex was very clean. We will be back!

Great stay!

My family of three enjoyed our visit and stay in IRB! The rental was exactly as described! The pool and hot tub were perfect and the beach was steps away. Wonderful property, owner communication and posted signs throughout the property were accurate. There are also great grills available on property. We loved it! *Bring soap, shampoo & conditioner and the rest is somewhere in this rental and easy to find!

Excellent accommodations in desirable location

Would definitely stay here again. Condo was well-equipped with all you could want in terms of amenities. Great location on Gulf Boulevard. Step right out the door to the pool area. We felt very comfortable and secure during our 2 week visit. Many good restaurants nearby.

Donna’s Surprise 60th Birthday

The property is great and the unit is beautiful, I love the way it was decorated. There was six of us staying there and we had more than enough room. Communicating with Jesse was very easy, she answered immediately. The location was good, a few minute drive to the stores and a 7-Eleven in walking distance. All in all, we had a wonderful time. Thank you Jesse for sharing your property with us. We are looking forward to coming back again soon.

Awesome weekend getaway

We had a great time staying here for a long weekend. It was my husband, myself and two 19 year olds. Despite the weather, we enjoyed the hot tub (which the maintenance worker worked hard daily to make sure was perfect!) as well as the heated pool. The location of this unit on the property is perfect. It's on the end and ground floor so you can walk right out to the pool area. The location of the property itself is also great. Lots of great restaurant options and shopping near by. Our experience with the property managers was also excellent. We had a slight issue with checking in and the code being wrong which was immediately rectified. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends. The unit is well appointed and complete with everything you need for amenities for a great stay!!

My husband and I started with a rental cabin in North Carolina and we fell in love with short term rentals. We live in Tampa, Fl and Indian shores is our favorite beach. We have wanted to own in this particular building for years now and finally our dream came true.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is the best slice of beach from St Pete to Clearwater. There is no traffic to the beach and water and sand are pristine. The bird watching next door is so much fun and we love all the nearby restaurants.
