Make your way into this gorgeous 1903 historic home where heritage and luxury meet creating a beautiful space with everything you need to relax and plenty of room to spread out.

Enter into the grand foyer with its high ceilings and elegant design that sets the tone for the rest of the house. Step through into the sun-filled living area with a plush modular lounge, matching armchairs, a wall mounted Roku TV as well as a stack of board games to gather around and play.

Cook up breakfast, lunch or dinner in the stunning, fully equipped chefs’ kitchen that has everything you could need with quality cookware, high-end stainless steel appliances and a sleek granite island bench. There is a full size fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, an oven and cooktop, a built-in microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher to handle the day's dishes.

Serve up your culinary creations in the stylish dining room with a table set for twelve and room for everyone to sit around and catch up, even the little one with a highchair provided - then freshen up after meals with a handy half bath off the kitchen.

Take the stairs up to the second level of the home where you will find three generous bedrooms and the laundry. Each room is filled with luxuriously large king beds and topped with hotel quality linen and plenty of space for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

Bedrooms one and two both share the second floor bathroom with a relaxing deep bath perfect for unwinding after a long day and a vanity stocked with all the essentials.

Bedroom three is the lavish master suite with a comfortable king bed, a wall mounted Roku TV and a sparkling ensuite with a large walk in shower and a fully stocked vanity.

Just down the hall is the full bathroom with a tub by the window, dual vanities and a large walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash so you don’t have to bring anything.

It is very walkable and offers visitors a variety of amenities and attractions to suit any taste. From art galleries, upscale or casual dining, to local live music--you'll find it all here.

Mingle at spacious, street-side patios next to antique stores where you can create a stained glass window or scented body oil. Play chess with the locals on the sidewalk outside the Chess Club and Take a picture in front of the world’s largest chess piece – 14 feet tall — outside the World Chess Hall of Fame.

Book lovers will enjoy visiting the Writer’s Corner, which features metal busts of T.S. Eliot, Tennessee Williams, and Kate Chopin, all literary greats who hail from the neighborhood.
