Make your way through the front door and into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the home via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vastly high ceilings and generously sized rooms that have been designed and styled with your comfort in mind.
LIVING AREA
The living area is filled with a generous plush lounge that surrounds the large wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night.
KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.
Serve up your meals at the kitchen table or gather everyone into the elegant dining room for dinner with a table set for 8 and a highchair available for the little ones.

All three bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home.
The master bedroom offers a luxuriously large king bed with an attached full ensuite bathroom and a crib. There is also a SmartTV and a bonus trundle bed that opens up into 2 single beds for plenty of sleeping space!
Heading down the hall from the master suite, the first door on your left is your second full bathroom, equipped with plenty of fresh towels and necessities.
Next down the hall is the second bedroom, which boasts a luxurious queen bed, plenty of light, and stylish and comfortable finishes throughout.
And at the end of the hall, you will find the third bedroom with gorgeous artwork, a king bed, SmartTv, and a pack n play for the kiddos.
LAUNDRY
Also on the 2nd level, you'll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, which comes complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

Just minutes from Barnes Hospital, Cortex, Forest Park, and IKEA and home to many restaurants, shops, music venues, and microbreweries, and with easy access to nearby HWY 64/40, The Grove is arguably St. Louis' coolest AND best-located neighborhood.
Best known for its eclectic vibe and rich history The Grove proudly announces its presence with a huge sculptural banner that crosses over the street welcoming everyone to its diverse collection of bars, nightclubs, restaurants, and shops, and annual events include the Tour de Grove bicycle races in May and Grove fest in October.
Take a walk through this photogenic St. Louis neighborhood with a stop at the iconic âGroveâ sign then stop in for a coffee at Rise with its many coffee and breakfast choices. ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.
PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.
GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.
TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as âTrust & Safety Feeâ or âManagement Feeâ.

The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and have been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. HOUSE RULES
â This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
â Primary renter must be 25+ years old
â Pets are not permitted on the property
â No smoking inside the home
â No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
â No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
â Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
â Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
â Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
