Mon luxueux 3000 4 lit / 3. 5bath townhouse est la maison douce maison dans le centre de tout cela. Ma place est idéale pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires, et les familles avec enfants, et est à cinq minutes ou moins de l'hôpital Barnes, Cortex, Forest Park, Université de Washington, St. Louis University, IKEA et tous les incroyables boutiques et restaurants de l'un des St. Les quartiers préférés de Louis: le Central West End.

Dans ma maison de construction neuve au design moderne, vous trouverez des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des meubles Restoration Hardware et des luminaires haut de gamme, sans parler d'une cuisine de chef haut de gamme, d'une baignoire à jets et d'une douche principale avec deux pommes de douche.

J'aime vraiment mon quartier. Je suis juste en bas de la rue des musées et des pistes de jogging / vélo dans l'un des plus grands parcs de la ville (Forest Park), il y a d'innombrables restaurants incroyables à proximité. Il y a aussi beaucoup de vie nocturne, ainsi qu'un Whole Foods flambant neuf et la très belle Straub's Grocery à quelques pâtés de maisons. Tout cela, et c'est toujours agréable et calme la nuit.

Il y a beaucoup de stationnement gratuit dans la rue juste en face de chez moi. Si vous prévoyez d'utiliser les transports en commun, les arrêts de bus Taylor @ Olive NB / SB sont à environ un pâté de maisons.

Family fun

This set up was ideal for two families taking a quick spring break getaway. The neighborhood is adorable and only ten minutes from all the museums and sites. I’d recommend this to any family. We especially loved making dinners in the large kitchen. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would stay there again.

So beautiful and wonderful walking neighborhood

I was thrilled walking into the apartment. It was gorgeous. High dramatic ceilings. Spacious, light, high end remodel. Plenty of room. Walking to an exceptional breakfast place, Bowood, right down the street, then around the corner to Passport, a new coffee place. Down to the bookstore, Left Bank, then on to Whole Foods for groceries. Don’t miss the Basilica, awe inspiring, walking distance and a sanctuary for meditation.

Great for a Family Get Together

There was plenty of room for our holiday family gathering and the spacious kitchen with ample counter space was great for preparing meals. The location was very convenient to Central West End shopping and restaurants and the zoo. Communication from the host was very good and we would stay here again.

Great home with a lot of room

We were in St. Louis for a Cardinal game. The home is conveniently located and is a short drive to the ballpark. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room to stretch out. The kitchen is big with a large table for gathering as well as an island. The bedrooms were very nice and roomy. We will certainly stay there again as a family.

Great stay

Our stay at this property was great. It was perfect for our girls trip. The property is spacious and everything was clean. The communication from the management company was great. We didn’t need anything during our trip but they made sure to let us know they could be contacted with any issues or concerns. Property was conveniently located and a short drive to everything we wanted to see during our stay.

Saint Louis zoo trip

Loved the inside of this place. Plenty of room for the whole family to rest and or vist. Easy access and the Host was very polite in answering any and all questions. The only thing I’d like to see would be some ceiling fans to move the air, but can’t make them all happy lol would I stay here again? MOST DEFINITELY

So many pluses, just a few minuses

Spacious 3 story duplex with a great city view from its rooftop patio! Its 4 bedrooms and spacious open floor plan on the main level were perfect for our family reunion. The half bath off the living room made it easier on the old folks. Management was very responsive when I contacted them about a shortage of plates, glasses and utensils. They took great care to make sure we had what we needed quickly.

Amazing Stay

We have stayed at this particular house a couple times and look forward to future stays! Always clean and put together. We love the small touches like a crib, pack-n-play, and high chair because we travel with babies!

Great Stay

Really nice place for a family stay in St Louis. Updated amenities, comfortable bedrooms, bright bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen. Close to everything. Excellent managers with great communications. Nothing left wanting and would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful spacious, clean and comfortable property. A great place to stay and see the city!

Property was even better than expected. The communication with the renters was excellent and very prompt in replying to questions. The home was very clean and modern and had everything we needed. If we ever return to St Louis for a visit, we will definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion in St Louis

In town for a family reunion. Most of the family lives in and around the St Louis area but it was nice to have this place as a central hub for us to meet before/ after planned activities. The townhome was very comfortable and spacious. Rooftop patio was nice for afternoon cocktails, although the weather did not cooperate too well. Having the garage option for parking was a nice bonus and convenient when we had a quick hail storm. My kids loved this house, having their own kids room, and playing hide and go seek- so many places to hide! A few minor things to point out for visibility: the jets in the master bathtub did not work but sounds like based on other reviews this is just not a functional jetted bath. That’s ok. It was still big and my kiddos loved to join me for an evening soak. The ice maker for the fridge was not working/ dispensing- maintenance was supposed to come by and look at it, possibly replace the filter. Nobody came to look at that. There are only 2 tvs in the house; living and master. I think some additional tvs, especially being 3 stories, would be great. Makes it hard for other guests to get to a tv. Lastly, fireplace did not work and upon inquiry was told that it was non functional. Again, not big deals for us. Other than that the property management was great with communication and answering all of our questions. Location was quiet and seemed safe, everything in short drive distance. Had a great stay, thanks so much!

Fantastic large apartment close to everything in St. Louis

This place was fantastic! We were here with another family for 5 nights and it was so spacious it felt like home. Everything was perfectly clean and the hosts were immediately responsive if we needed them. Anything you want to do or see in St. Louis is about 10 minutes away so it’s convenient and has easy parking right in front of the building. The kitchen is HUGE with a great island for everyone to gather. Our only regret was not coming when it was warmer to appreciate the amazing deck on the third floor with great views. I highly recommend this place!

The property was very clean and nicely updated. It was perfect for three couples.

This home was perfect for a long weekend visit to St Louis. There were three couples and each of had our own rooms and full bathrooms. We were a 10-15 min drive to several amazing restaurants and bars. We were also walking distance from a grocery store. The kitchen is beautifully done and was a great gathering place for all of us to hang out. The way the home is set up there is also plenty of privacy and if people are hanging out downstairs you cannot hear anything once you go to the second or third level. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with as well. I would definitely stay at this home again!
