Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 301 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front Corner vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious 3rd-floor vacation rental has a delightful dÃ©cor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 301 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full-sized, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one King in the main bedroom and 2 Double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 301 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in an open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in.

Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including infants). It is a Friday Arrival and Departure 7-night minimum stay Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

Relaxing Stay

We had to reach out to the company in order to get our room keys then had to drive away from the property a few miles…. Not earth shattering but was slightly a pain...usually get contacted a couple days out

Plus they provide bathroom and kitchen towels, as well as detergents.The kitchen is well appointed (new flatware, silverware, pans, etc.). The condo is nicely decorated and the furniture is in great shape.The beach view is priceless.

We stayed here 12 days (Aug 1-12, 2025). The check-in process is annoying. You have to stop by another condo to get keys (that don’t even open/fit in the lock to the unit) and paperwork. Depending on traffic and construction, it can be a 10-minute drive at least. I’ve never stayed anywhere that makes you do that… inconvenient and lazy customer service, imo. The elevator was broken the first and second day and we were traveling with four young kids. We would have neverrr booked a third-story unit had we known we would have to climb those stairs with all of our luggage and groceries. It was brutal. My husband tripped going up the stairs with groceries and bruised his legs pretty bad the first day. Just unnecessary and not a great start. The condo is fine. Dated in a lot of areas, but fine. Clean for the most part. The glass shelf right inside the door has been rigged to look stable, but is not. Don’t set anything on it. The A/C is great. Wifi was slow. The showers are fine. You have a 6-digit code to get into the condo, which is fine. But it’s different from the elevator code which is also different from the pool code and beach access/exit code. Annoying when your hands are full of beach gear, etc. Kind of a joke to make people remember all of the various codes — I just feel like so much needs to change to make a stay at the Hamilton House condos more enjoyable. The mattresses are so bouncy and uncomfy. :( I changed a pillow case and found what appeared to be a huge spot of blo

Hi Taryn, I appreciate you taking the time to let us know your opinions, thank you. I understand the elevator needed serviced and was repaired as soon as possible by the HOA. I wish we could control malfunctions but alas, we cannot. I am just grateful it is a rarity. And I do appreciate your going 10 minutes out of your way to check-in at our office - we feel strongly about meeting our guests. To me, imo, it is a severe lack of customer service to not meet our visitors, most of whom have been coming to Hamilton House for many years. The keys you were given, as discussed on arrival, were for the common areas. Your condo was on a keyless entry - we cannot make private condo codes the same as the HOA common area codes for the lobby, etc for what I thought would be obvious reasons, such as security and privacy for your safety. I will be happy to look into the glass shelf. The housekeeping supervisor was in your room after your departure and did not find anything wrong with the beds or the pillows but again, I appreciate your opinion. I think you may be right, Hamilton House may not be for you but I am sure you will find accommodations in the future that better suit your preferences. I wish you all the best.

Not the best year

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been vacationing at Hamilton House for over 20 years and many times I have also brought family and friends to this location. This was by far the worst stay, mainly due to the behavior of other guests. They were constantly loud - day and night. They kept bright lights strung across the balcony all night (there were 2 turtle nests directly in front of the property!) They had glass beer bottles in the pool, pouring beer out onto the pool's concrete apron. They kept their towels and floaties at the pool the entire week, and often allowed their children to be unsupervised in the pool. While on the beach, they played their music far too loud, making it difficult to relax. As far as the condo, a balcony window blind was missing (and not replaced), and the light over the sink was not repaired. Both items were reported in person to management on day 2. I have enjoyed the Hamilton House through the years, so I will return for one more time. Hopefully it will be the vacation paradise we remember!
