Comme à la maison, la location de vacances 303 (classée argent) est une location de vacances au dernier étage. Récemment (janvier 2016) mis à jour. Salon avec canapé inclinable en cuir, salle à manger et cuisine entièrement équipée mise à jour avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, comptoirs en granit, deux chambres - deux salles de bain complètes. Balcon privé du salon et de la chambre principale avec vue complète sur le golfe et la piscine. Un endroit parfait pour observer les dauphins, les oiseaux marins et les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur l'eau et l'horizon qui vous coupe le souffle. Grande télévision par câble à écran LCD murale dans le salon et toutes les chambres. Ordinateur avec accès Internet WIFI gratuit. Laveuse / sécheuse en condo. 2 places de parking couvertes attribuées. Cette location de vacances est livré avec accès local à la salle de gym sans frais. Le propriétaire demande de ne pas fumer. 7 nuits minimum toute l'année. MISES À JOUR RÉCENTES: PLANCHERS DE CARREAUX DANS LA CHAMBRE À VIVRE, LA SALLE À MANGER ET LA MAÎTRE, DOUCHE MISE À JOUR / AGRANDIE DANS LA BAIN PRINCIPAL ET NOUVEAUX APPAREILS EN ACIER INOXYDABLE.

While the weather is not always as warm as we would prefer, it is a great place to meet friends that we have known over the years. It is a quiet place with not too many children. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, the kid enjoyed the beach and pool.The condo was as described, it was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked. There was no cooking spices, which was no problem, just in the past at other rentals they had a limited stock of common seasoning. The condo has several beach chairs and an umbrella. There was a small supply of kids beach toys. Overall this was a great condo. We did late check in with no problems. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway!

This condo has it all! Direct access to the beautiful ocean, a pool and all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer. We enjoyed waking up and taking walks on the beach, enjoyed watching sunsets from our deck. The condo is located in the center of beautiful Indian Rocks Beach with restaurants, bakeries, and shops all within walking distance. A grocery store is located in the next town over, about a 10 min drive. The condo has covered parking spots. We can't wait to return!

Reviewer Comments: This building is a hidden gem - walking distance to all sorts of dining options, and a section of beach that never seemed to get too crowded, even with spring break in full swing. The condo was comfortable with everything we needed, the management team was eager to help (but we never needed to call them) and the views were breathtaking. The other visitors also happened to be wonderful families - and everyone was super respectful of keeping any noise down. We can’t wait to go back!

Getaway from the cold.

It was clean but the kitchen and bathroom cabinets could use an update and a start up supply of dish liquid would be nice. Also the beach towel use was odd. We enjoyed sitting on the nice balcony watching the sunset. One thing that is really needed are grab bars in the shower. The area is ideal. Walking distance to some really good restaurants!

Amazing Vacation spot

Absolutely loved the condo and the property. Had an issue to with the AC but they were quick to send maintenance to resolve the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach vacation

Perfect place right on beach! Beach not crowded. Several restaurants and Ice cream with in walking distance. Covered parking spot was nice. Grounds well kept! Check in was a breeze. Lady was super helpful! It absolutely was the perfect place to stay! We will definitely be back!!!

It’s not horrible

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been to this building 4 times so far and this is just an honest review. The condos I’ve stayed in have all been pretty nice. The staff members have been pretty nice. But I have a few issues. The pool is pretty small, I get they can’t change that but at least put some umbrellas out there. It gets sooo hot when you aren’t in the pool (my daughter gets in but I don’t). The elevator is very slow and very warm. We typically just take the stairs. The main door to the elevator is supposed to be secured with a key code but you can just open it, so anyone can get in the building. Lastly, even when the unit had an electronic keypad you MUST go to the rental office and pickup paperwork and a master key. This is very inconvenient and annoying. There’s no reason for this. If you call before 4pm to see if the condo is ready they get annoyed. They tell you check in begins at 4, not guaranteed at 4. We have enjoyed the years we stayed at the Hamilton house but this is our last year, there are better options out there. You are only paying for the beachfront view at this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo needs a good deep clean. The beds in the spare bedroom are not great. The check out process could be better. Our departure flights left very early in the am and the staff was pretty rude about us leaving the keys in the condo rather than bringing them to the office. They said we could do this, but then I received a call from staff the morning of departure complaining that we hadn't dropped off the keys at the office. I had already confirmed this was ok the day before.

Fairly nice place and location

The check in process at the Sandollar was not too far out of the way lady that checked me in was full of information. Wonderful job when we got to the resort. Nice place nice view the pool was nice and clean every day well taken care of the grounds, the grass was nice Views were beautiful spectacular right on the beach. The only negative that I have is they need to update the furniture for the under sides of the furniture. Every time you would sit down pieces of the fabric are falling apart. Other than that everything you would need for the beach is located in the closet. A couple of the beach chairs are more recliners/beds because they don’t set up anymore but there was two decent ones. Overall, I would recommend this place and I would stay there again.

Needs some work

The property was more run down than expected by the pics. Deferred maintenance overall with few upgrades like the shower system. Door to the elevator lobby rarely locked so security was minimal. Gate to pool and beach didn't lock either so it makes it public access. Not worth the cost
